@@Mustafa-gn7pw just practice it and need how to practice the power sometimes it make airball or just hit the ring, if i add more power it hit the board and bounce, if i reduce the power it got airballs, sometimes it in to the ring because i enter the flow and it weird cause i called it lucky, it hard to enter the flow so i want to shoot properly or constant thx b4

Hes demonstrating in slowmo. If done fast, u can avoid carrying.
If done fast, still travel. It's not call violation in NBA. But FIBA does.
