Hi I put a 4 x 4 only on the post that I put on top of the concrete, on the other ones is just the Vinyl post .... use two bags of concrete, after you put the concrete you’ll see how strong it gets that you don’t need a 4x4 , are use a quick cement to do it fast

You can concrete all the posts first and still be able to install the top and bottom rail so don't tell people that this is the only way to do it.
