I love the locks. I wish I could visit one. I came from Seattle, where the locks are public, and people would often come to watch the fish-ladder. I know you have no control, but perhaps someone reading this comment will have an idea for a public space at an appropriate location. At Natrona, there is a public park just down-stream.

At 9:09 Yes Most are Civ's However the majority are prior military, and that creates a great Atmosphere in the USACE!

Well this project was started in 1992, the did a survey for Hydro in 2013, unsure where that went
