Nice. Are they in Polk county? Looks like it. Hope it all works out for you all. We moved to St Cloud 3 yrs ago from Wigan with our two kids. Pros and cons but more pros thankfully. Go for it.

@ forgot to mention car insurance as well. You will need 2 cars is both working and the insurance is about $3-400 a month for both cars cheapest.
