Als je je haarproducten lekker lang wil laten intrekken kun je het ook aanbrengen voordat je gaat rennen en dan je haar in een sleek bun of vlecht doen voor het rennen. Ik ren zelf ook vaak met een ingesaust hoofd met haarolie op de hoofdhuid en een maskertje in de lengtes heheh

hi Iris💙 I highly recommenf you to use lush's shampoo bars. Especially honey one. Also here is a suggestion for your egzama you mentioned on your previous vlog. There is this creme called dermovate-It really is the best for egzama. Cheers from Amsterdam🥂
