my memory of Dave Miller was a big stake race at Yonkers Raceway. Both Miller and Luc Oulette came by helicopter from the Meadowlands to compete. Both horses were favorites and Oulette won the race and Miller finished 2nd. Luc took the picture in the winners circle and both drivers left for the Meadowlands very quickly. Then the judges put up the inquiry sign and took Oulettes horse down and declared Dave Miller the winner.
