    No … pain? I don’t know that I can touch it anywhere with that where it’s not going to hurt. That’s how tight they are. Should I not do that?

      Hi!
      Ok yes, this is a tricky one as people have different opinions about pain. On a scale of 0-10 (0 = no pain/discomfort, 10 = the worst), you'd want to rate using the massage gun as no more than a 4 or 5, any more than this and it's just a bit too uncomfortable, you'll tense up because it's sore and not want to carry on - so makes using the massage gun counterproductive.
      If your calves are super tight, then go lightly with the massage gun and perhaps only for 20-30 seconds initially to gauge how the muscles feel afterwards, if good, then you can increase the time and intensity.
      It'll be a little bit of trial and error though, but worth it to have the muscles feeling less tight and sore.

      Hi, sorry to hear your calf gets tighter with the massage gun - it may be that the speed setting on the gun is too fast and perhaps there's too much pressure on the calf, which is causing it to feel tight. Try a slower speed setting and for a short amount of time to see if that helps.
