Mal was only PART of the problem. We must not have been watching the same movie cuz Ben was definitely not into Audrey the same way she was into him. Mal hadn't even put a spell on him yet and Ben was already giving her goo goo eyes. Yeah, Mal is a villain, but don't get it twisted, Ben was never *in love* with Audrey.
Obviously, its debatable. But Ben had feelings for Aubrey, the same as Aubrey has feelings for Ben. But yes Mal is only part of the problem. Ben didn’t have as much feelings for Aubrey, as she did him. So Mal is half the problem from taking Ben away from Aubrey…
