Thanks for all of the information! Is there a way to get an alert for a successful login from outside a geographic location. I am checking the sign-in logs under Azure AD and finding thousands of failed attempts from overseas. Occasionally a student's password is compromised and the account is used to spam. Looking back at the sign-in logs shows me that I could have caught these 2 hours prior to the spam being sent out.
This is a pretty specific request actually. I will take a look at the Microsoft Tech community here. I’m good, but not this good. The best of luck and thanks for the question.
I'm guessing you don't have licensing requirements to utilise Conditional Access? If you do have an Azure Premium license then this type of issue can be largely mitigated in two ways, enforcing MFA by Conditional Access Policy and also configuring risk policies, that would detect various methods "spray attacks, etc" and dependent on how your environment is configured automatically request the user reset their password. You can also utilise Conditional Access to geofence, so stop sign-in attempts from foreign IP's.

it would be great to see the process of signing documents between departments, it is interesting to find out if microsoft has a solution, namely, an electronic signature of this kind for the approval of documents. I tried to work with list, but for me the minus is that everyone can delete other people's tasks and the interface is a little old. Can you suggest anything ? Thanks
