- The passion for watches is something we all share and throughout the years I have amassed a humble collection of watches from the likes of Audemars Piguet, Hublot, Omega, Konstantin Chaykin, Jacob&Co, Longines, Ming, Gerald Genta, Ulysse Nardin and more. As a collector I am always on the lookout for my next watch and I am really happy to share with you my collection, a video which was highly requested from the very beginning of my youtube channel.
Hope you enjoy the video and tell me your watch collecting stories!

Which watch is your favorite and what should I buy next? 😁
The Epic X ;)
I am unaware how fast 30 min passed by😅
What about the classics?, Speedmaster, Explorer ... versatile, cool, history ...
I also like tool watches: Omega Ploprof, Glycine Airman, ...
Also, have a look to Longines heritage models ... several of their models are great and at a reasonable price.

@@lemoonadee Same here! Just breezed by. The man's got a mad collection. Humble, well though of and authentic!
WHAT A COLLECTION! wow, a perfect example of a well rounded, true watch guy's collection, a ton of cheap, unique, fun and genuinely interesting pieces alongside classy more expensive pieces, all with memories and personal value alongside the monetary. truly amazing collection congrats
You're too kind! :) Glad you like it and yes I think we shouldn't be ashamed of our beginning and embrace the journey and progress :)
Dear Marko, I am into watches since nearly 30 years and I am very passionate about it. Many of the youtube watch experts push the big 3 brands which is a shame. You are telling a different story which is the path for those who are becoming watch enthusiasts. There are so many beautiful watch brands and people should start buying what they like and not what others say or way and follow their footsteps. A watch is something very personal and what I liked a lot is the storytelling behind your watches you have even the one with the scratch. This is what it is all about swimming against the current and do your thing. I like your channel the most because it is not snobbish it reflects your passion for watches and is very authentic. Keep up the great work and greetings from Zurich.
I don't know a lot about you, man, but your watch collection is so much relatable and honest that it shows your character.
Thank you for your kind words!
Totally agree!
Out of all the watch UA-camrs, I think I enjoy your collection the most! You have the most diverse collection in terms of brands, size, shape, color, texture, material, price point, age and design, by far, with lots of unique pieces full of personality and novelty.
You're too kind! Appreciate your kind words 🙏
Love it! My favorites:
1-Ulysse Nardin Marine Chronometer 263. (Perhaps one of my favorite references from the brand).
2-Black Bay Bronze Bucherer blue.
3-Quarter repeater pocket watch.
4-Royal Oak 37mm.
5-Vintage Longines salmon dial.
:)
Wow, your collection has grown in these couple of years. Congrats! I love it, that every watch in your collection has a story. Thank you for sharing with us.
Thank you Domen! :)
Beautiful collection Marko. Thank you for sharing. It is nice to hear all the stories and connections you have to your watches! Bravo
Thank you Anthony, happy you liked it!
Swiss Watch Gang which watch do i like the most, the journey is most important but I think the Hublot is most unique. And what to get next, maybe Hublot Meca 10 as you said you wanted another Hublot. Or a Habring2 Doppel Felix 3.0 titanium. Or the salmon dial because you like them. If you get the salmon dial I’ll tell you a cool story about it one day.
@@anthonyfifthwristradio5011 Habring or the Meca watch are definitely something to get! Prices are also very attractive!
A excellent and diverse collection my friend , just the way i like it too 🤗. Great story too from the frist till your latest purchase . Like you i like that a watch tells a story ☺️. A watch a didn,t know about in your collection is that Longines with that gorgeous Salmon dial 😍 and these lugs 👌🏻😘. So beautiful . That GG looks so amazing too . Will def wear my Ming next time we meet 😉🤗 .
Thank you my friend! Can't wait to see your full collection once! :)
Just going back over some of your videos and looking at this one since I have been talking collections with a watch buddy. Loved this one, not full of the "usual suspects" but full of the passion for watches and the stories we have acquiring pieces that interest us for all sorts of reasons. One that I think would sit well in your collection would be one that I have had my eye on, the G.O. PanomaticLunar, a softer, lovelier piece broadly similar to the Lange 1. So much to enjoy with all sorts of watches. I think the Santos was my favourite here. Nice one, Marco!
Hey Chris. Thanks for the suggestion and I appreciate the support! I actually shot an update video which will be out in February to see what stayed and what went. 😊
@@SwissWatchGang Looking forward to that one. Bell icon pressed at the ready!
@@chrisgrieves1468 🚀🚀😊
Such a beautiful video. I loved how you started off with the vintage Omega, it was as if you took us along on a small snapshot of your watch collecting journey. It was such a breath of fresh air to see someone not focus on movement, dimensions, brand etc., but on the story behind each piece, why you decided to get them and what your emotional connection with the watches is. This is the first time I came across your channel, and I subscribed instantly!
Thank you for your kind words, really means a lot! :) Welcome to the gang! Check out the other interviews we did, some special watches in those :)
What a unique and interesting collection. You're really approaching this thing from the right place..passion, honesty and emotion. So many people decide to buy based on what's hot and what others think is cool. You buy from the heart and it comes across. Awesome! I think you might like the Kudoke 2. It's a beautiful watch.
Thank you for the kind words! I do like the latest Kudoke watches! 👍
Absolutely love that vintage Longines with the salmon dial. Also so great to see a pocket watch in your wonderful collection.
Glad you like it :) Pocket watches rock as well!
The Ulysse on the nato is just impressive! Never thought about that combination
Thank you!
I like the Ming best. More unusual watches for the future please.
Well said and nice collection, for me it would be the royal oak and the konstantin joker Chaykin.
Great content as always brother.
Thank you Ridah!
An absolute Gem Marko. Didn't know about most these!
Thank you guys!
The joker and watch stand is just immaculate. The AP is on my wish list too, so hard to get. Love the emotional connection to the watches, I am trying to get a couple of old Rolex datejust and explorer I models I gave away to old GFs just to fill in the gaps of my watch collecting journey.
Glad you like them! :) Good luck with the purchases! :)
I really appreciated this watch collection. Very unique.
🙏
What a great memory! A big scratch in the sapphire glass when you were eating dumplings in a sleazy restaurant with your friend Girag. Definitely can't sell this one!!
That's what it's all about :)
That game boy watch is my favorite one of the collection. Such nostalgia
Right? It's an awesome watch, the alarm sound is also cool! :D
Some great watches with great stories. Enjoyed sharing your journey.
Thank you!!
What an awesome collection, thanx for sharing the journey, excellent choices there, family, friends connection to the pieces, great stuff, keep it up
Thank you!
I love how eclectic your collection is! Thank you for sharing. My favorite is probably the Hublot SWC edition. To add to the funkiness of the collection, a Sarpeneva would look good.
Thank you, I am glad you liked it! Sarpaneva is definitely a brand I love!
I changed my mind about your Hublot. Didn't like it but in this video its just so beautiful. Maybe it's also the jacket thats helping compliment it. For me your top 3 are the AP Royal Oak, Hublot and that Longines.
Glad you like it now! It's a real gem and mostly on my wrist.
I like how your collection is diverse
:)
What a great journey I felt like I was along for the ride. Your a true collector in my book probably because I feel the same it's the meaning, memory, feeling or special reason behind the watch that really counts not the dollar and cents. Great collection most enjoyable video.
Thank you so much for your kind words Dominick! Appreciate it a lot!
Some stunning pieces , you are a lucky man . You obviously love watches and the story behind them . Good health to wear them
Appreciate the kind words John! :)
Great collection of some really interesting watches, by far my favorites would have to be the Jacob & that Gerald Genta...something about a retrograde that just makes it that much more special, looking forward to seeing what comes next!
Thank you my friend!
This is the best watch collection video I've seen so far. You are so genuine, and your passion and knowledge really shines, which really made me smile. Thank You!
Hey Gurnihal, thank you for your kind words, I really appreciate it!! :) I'll do a collection update by the end of the year, quite some things have changed!
@@SwissWatchGang Can't wait for that!
Loved your collection man. Really want to hear more from you.
New video every week 😁🙏
I'll keep the salmon Longines, what a beautiful watch, congratulations!
:)
What a great collection! Lots of variety and watches purchased because they are beautiful and unique rather than the typical "good resale value" steel sports models. Have you ever been tempted to buy a regulator? Chronoswiss and Louis Erard have some classic and over-the-top selections.
Glad you like it! Regulators usually don't intrugue me that much, although I wouldn't mind Chronoswiss Night/Day which we reviewed last year on the channel or a Louis Errard Alain Silberstein :)
I love your Santos and AP! 😀 A true watch collector indeed. I remember when I was a kid, I'd ask my mom to buy me Swatch watches. Then, eventually I would ask for a Rolex, a Tudor... she gave me her Rolex, it's an Oyster Precision. Good thing, the size is not too small, so I can wear it. I got my love for watches from my mom. 😀 So I started collecting as well. 😀 Even those G Shocks are nice. But, dream watch would be AP and Patek. 😀
I made a part 2 not so long ago, AP is gone but I added a few more pieces you might like :)
Cool and diverse collection 👍🏻 Love the Ming 😍
Glad you like it!
I like your Ming... never came across this brand. Need to check a bit closer. What is missing in your collection I think is Breitling. They do a very nice job recently since they've been taken over by CVC and they're CEO George Kern made this brand way more attractive to me than before. Greetings from Zurich too. Claudio
Ming is definitely something to check out, cool design for the price imo. I have to go try on some Breitling models, I like the Aviator 8 models. En Gruess zrügg!
Love the Longines Marko!
The biretro also cool one!
Santos also very good on your wrist!
Also love the Joker as well!
Those are all my favorite!
Btw for the Longines, of course the movement looks good. It was like a brand comparable with patek around its golden time in 1920-1960es. The finishing are immaculate, complete with wide anglages on the bridges.
Thank you Jeviar! The Longines movement is stunning, still remember when I opened it for the first time :)
@@SwissWatchGang I know!😁
I had one rectangular art deco Longines watch from the 1935 as well with soldered lugs. You could check it out being reviewed by IDguy in this video 👉 ua-cam.com/video/VDKgCI-X9fc/v-deo.html 👈 at minute 18:19 . I love his video as well as he talk, discuss, and critique to mainly the watch design etc, you could check him out, as a thanks for recommending me to check out the channel that you've recommended me earlier.
@@watchnerds Gorgeous Longines you have as well, the patina on the hands and numerals is similar to mine :) IDGuy is awesome!
Such a nice video to watch! Thanks for sharing your histories and watches!
Congrats!
Glad you liked it! 🙏
That Joker watch is an interesting piece, love it❤
Glad you like it 🙏
The Jacob&Co is it for me!!
Can't go wrong with it!
Longines is bringing back many of their ‘30’s and ‘40’s styles, maybe the salmon colored dial Longines will be one. It’s a beautiful watch, and it reminds me of one of my 1930’s Jaeger- LeCoultre mechanicals which has a salmon colored dial and beautiful movement. I also have a very similar Gerard Perregaux mechanical from the same era. I’ve always loved true mechanical watches.
Would be great that they revive the Longines, but I'm afraid they'd make the case 41mm or something stupid like this.
@@SwissWatchGang true, the cases on the updated versions are 40+mm. And they tried to replicate the dial of one of their military style watches by giving the dial a speckled “aged” appearance which really misses the mark. But at least they’re trying.
We waited a long time for this video! Thank you 🙏
Hope you got what you expected :)
Super cool collection--love the variety.
Love Ming. So excited by this brand
I was lucky enough to inherit my great grandfather’s Hamilton railroad pocket watch, in 18k yellow gold. The movement is the star being highly decorated and engraved with 23 jewels. It’s been serviced regularly and still keeps great time, especially for a watch that’s 126 years old. My grandfather inherited it then my dad, although my dad never carried it, he kept it wound and serviced. I do occasionally wear it with a western suit.
Awesome! Is it something similar like this one from Watchfinder?`Old pocket watches are awesome, I bought 3 more since this video :) ua-cam.com/video/DUPmiHs9ZVk/v-deo.html :)
@@SwissWatchGang yeah, I too have several, but my great grandfather’s watch is very special to me. I have a beautiful ladies 21j, 18k yellow gold pendant/broach watch with diamonds and seed pearls, that I picked up at an estate sale. The people running the sale didn’t have a clue what they had. She thought it was costume jewelry, but it was Art Deco, high karat gold.
Such a unique watch collection, it shows your passion for watches. Nice collection by the way
Appreciate your kind words!
Really interesting to see your collection the game boy watch I’ve never seen ...also seeing how much you love the strap makes me want to give them another chance
It's a fun watch indeed!
I love your first watch. As it is the first one it seems very special and it's a beatiful one, too.
Thank you! It is special indeed :)
I'm new to your channel. I like how diverse your collection is and how passionate you are. I like the tudor bb bronze and the AP are very nice.
Welcome to the gang and thank you for your kind words :)
I'm actually quite surprised by that Hublot. That was actually very pretty 😍
Thanks Martin! Did a full review on it :)
Nice collection... my favorite is the gameboy watch
Thank you! Gameboy rocks! 😁
Awesome content! Beautiful collection. My grail watch is the ap 15450!!!
Thank you. Hope you can get one soon.
The Royal Oak, Cartier Santos, and Hublot for me
Great trio!
I would love any of those three or all three. Nice collection!
The Santos is one of the best looking watches out there.
@@thetrashiestpandabear4191 And super comfortable to wear too.
Nice watches, Marco, thanks for sharing 👍. Buy what appeals to you alone 😉.
Thank you for watching John!
Great Video and great collection! Teardrop lugs for the win :) Absolutely love the Longines.
Thank you Alex!
I had to pause your video and look up that Nintendo watch...found them on eBay and bought one.
I enjoyed your watch collecting journey and how an why you connect with the pieces. Thank you!
hehe awesome and congrats! :)
Nice collection and also enjoy watching your videos 😃 one question.,. Do you know what brand the strap you have on the tudor bronze? Or who made it if its a custom
Hello. Thanks! The strap was made by Maurice De Mauriac.
Cool. Nice collection
Glad you like it!
Lucky man. Fantastic collection
Thank you! Luck + hard work 👍😊
@@SwissWatchGang I fully concurred. This hobby is very taxing to the pocket....hahaha.....
Finally bro, really cool video with personal stories, loved it, my Favorite is def AP :)
Thank you bro!
Absolutely beautiful collection brudi 👌🏼 loved the stories
Danke dier!
Hey Marko, I'm a bit late to this video, but thanks for sharing. My favourite watch of yours is the Genta jump hour retrograde. Such a cool dial. Was also wondering if the tongue on the joker swings from side to side when it's running? That would look awesome to see. 🤪
Thanks Patrick! We'll, I did do a full review about it when I started the channel 😊 here you go: ua-cam.com/video/3_R-YuR9668/v-deo.html
@@SwissWatchGang Cool, thanks Marko.
Unique collection, some great watches. The Cartebert and Ulysse Nardin stand out to me for various reasons and the Royal Oak is always great.
Thank you! 🙏🙏
longines is stunning dial and case for me. Honestly, I feel good with Jacob $ Co more than a Rolex, too many Rolex make me sick, i know Rolex is worth, well made, and very good watch, But when i need relax, i want some character , and idea, and creation, energy like ur collection..I think u will need a bumper movement, i will fun when moving, we have Zenith , JLC, Omega...with bumper movement
Thanks for watching, there is one bumper movement I want, the Hamatic from Moritz Grossmann. :D
I totally agreed..... Rolex yeah well make but looking at it, is really boring. Apart from possible new enclosed movement, changing a couple of dial & bezel colours...... they design is the same. Zenith thot is no way in the top tier league but is my favourite horology brand name.
Hvala ti! Pozdrav iz Ciriha🙌
That Omega is very cool. I'd say it's my favorite. I don't really like Swatch much or nothing, all the others are incredible unique pieces.
Thanks!
Kickass, brave collection mate. I say 'brave', because I love watches, but I am too picky to buy more. Currently, I own three. There are a lot of watches I would love to have, but something in my mind stops me from buying them. I am waiting for my 30th birthday, which comes in 2 years to buy a personalized titanium joker. I could order it now, but I want to wait for my 30th birthday to make it special!
Thanks Alan, in time these just accumulate, there's no real planning or sense involved haha. :D Awesome idea for the Joker, you'll love it and once you personalize it it'll be even more special! Great choice sir!
Watch I like the most: The Hublot.
Suggestions:
- vintage IWC Aquatimer
- Rolex Yachtmaster pink gold, rubber strap (you definitely need a Rolex)
- Patek 6006G
- vintage IWX Mark 10
- Omega Speedmaster Ultraman
- anything from Alain Silberstein 👍
Got to start saving up! haha :D
Classy watches indeed. What's the best website to buy used/vintage watches ?
Thank you! Really depends where you live but you always have to research the trust the seller when it comes to vintage watches.
Quite a stunning and fascinating collection, very well presented. Thanks for the video, and happy to be newly subscribed!

Nice vid Marko.. Glad you stopped wearing your AP to bartend. Question I have is would you again replace a dial on any of your important pieces like you did on your 1st Omega ?
Thanks Jack. No, I wouldn’t do it now anymore. If I would I’d keep the original just in case.

One of best SOTC and buddy beautiful collection and very unique in terms of selection. are you not big fan of Rolex or? :)
Thank you Marco, appreciate it! I am a fan of Rolex and used to own two (1 modern Datejust and 1 vintage with blue/black fumee dial and diamond indexes). I am waiting on one or two at the moment but I have a passion for a lot of other brands which is bigger than for Rolex. Which you can clearly see by my collection haha :D
Buena coleccion 😁...!

No Rolexes? Amazing collection still!
And to answer your question, you next watch should be the Lange Odysseus.
Used to have one (vintage datejust blue fume dial with diamond indexes) but none atm that interest me, but I am waiting on one :). A ALS is definitely on my list, 1815 chrono!

Yo yea sure, drop me a message on Instagram we can chat there.
Hey man, nice vid. Careful with that Cortebert, you mentioned you opened it once. Don’t do that again, those hands have copious amounts of radium. Take care and stay safe.
That gorgeous salmon longines too, don’t open it, radium dust is really nasty.
