Xavi learned tactics in LaMasia when he was a kid, the most tactical academy in the world that teaches the most complex tactics passed on from Cruyff.
He was a Spanish midfielder. So instead of hoofing long ball forward without thinking, he build up step by step in a methodical way. This helps to build up his tactical knowledge.
He learned from the best tactician in football history, PepGuardiola. So he has the ability to automate and micromanage his players’ positioning and movements, as if he is playing chess under a microscope. He gets to know how to play the modern way because he understands the most sophisticated and most complex system in the world.
😂😂😂
@@user-cz1pk8ru2jYou definitely have no football intelligence.
Most complex that he himself couldn’t understand. 😂😂
Best tactic = pass that ball (tiki taka)
Most overrated, expired and the most boring way to play football.
@@fevsong4351just look at you. Just because you want to comment.
But I’m also happy you don’t feel sorry for yourself.
@@Nasty_Willz 😂😂😂
the team he is building has soo much potential
I love that hug at the end💚✨💙
Lost heavy weights in the dressing room this season from the last which he won: Alba, Busi and Pique. Didn't get a DM which is the most important position in his style. Hope for reaching 1/1 rule in FFP and get a proper DM. Christensen done well but a bad ball player comapred to the best. Also Lewandowski underperforming (as expected with his age)
This is big. Kessie/Bousquets were a big reason why Xavi did better 1st season. We just need a solid DMF, possibly 2.
Barcelona won the league last season.
This season, they are just having an unlucky season. They still have some of the world’s most silky and tekky players in their squad, so the future is bright.
Unlucky?? Did you lose your starting defenders and goalie for the season?? So unlucky
@@cesarmedina6124 yes barca hat multiple and long injuries too not just madrid lmao
@@cesarmedina6124 se te ve avispado César
@@cesarmedina6124 Yes? Ter Stegen was out for a while. This year Araujo also had one of the worst spells of his life. Which is when Xavi announced the leave. Barca also lack a DMF. Barca has always been a predominantly midfield heavy attacking team & that's where the biggest hit happened. Barca lost pretty much all of their first team midfield/attack at one point.
We have a coach in xavi, he just need full support and patience from us,he worked under difficult situations and strive with young players who are doing very well, viva barca❤
He dserves the job just for winning the league in his first year
Caught the klopp flu and now he's fully restored to good health 😂
Xavi is a great Manager..He doesn't have Oil money, American money nor Sky Sports influx..
Barça doesn't have DM, Left winger, no real right back..
Barca prioritize that registrar role..
Hand him that and a left winger, you'll know how good he is
Lol. Than you are brainless like him. He have the worst record of all Barcelona managers before him. Go look at Barcelona stats first .
In England we call it a money incentive.
They're using him as a scapegoat. Brilliant.
He needs to work on his temper, take anger management classes. He's too rash in decisions when things get out of hand.
Its passion for the club
😅
have you seen simione, klop, pep, arteta, conte ,mourinho. All top managers have tempers
@@David-lq6oq not to the point of getting sent off in a crucial game. He deprived his 10 man team of his wise counsel from the sidelines by getting that red. You have no idea how many messages are passed by a coach from the sidelines in-game
@@TheDYNAMITE001 I bet you'd stay calm if the ref keeps fisting your a$$ every single week.
Gracias Grande Xavi 🙏🏼
We love you Legend 💪💙❤
We love you XAVI ....
Xavi needs more time to improve his career as a coach in order to coach at big clubs 🤤
How many more 😂😂😂😂.
I think klopp will end up staying at Liverpool 😂
Flick was ready to take the job and he even took Spanish lessons to learn idk why the F*ck Laporta didn't gave him the job
As a Madrid fan, this is scary news… we are def not celebrating 🫣
We are, his a bad coach
It's not surprising at all given how he behaves on the touchline! We will be able to continue witness his shenanigans!
I hope klopp does this🥲
Barca always said if it's compatative xavi wil stay.barca is very much competative now 8n europe
To be honest it's better that he stays. I don't know who else is out there who can understand the politics of this club
No new offers from other clubs, he probably realised he wont get as much grace at other clubs.
Barcelona dont have the funds to pay xavi to step down.
They gambled their tv money and champions league income and are now in a horrific position financially
I take it you didn't follow the situation very closely as it was already revealed that Xavi would not he paid any money to resign with one year on his contract.
Stfup please 🤫 you know nothing 🤨
You actually deserve it but you announcing it yourself was pretty premature
Well becuz He loves Barça, it's the club of his life..
Besides Barça is the 2nd Greatest and biggest club of all time..
The way they played in 2009 - 2011 makes them the greatest team of all time. Madrid doesn't even come close to that greatness in terms of impact on the game. Guardiola revolutionized modern football with his Cruyff philosophy.
Spain won the world cup and 2012 euro thanks to Pep. Some say he actually destroyed football because everyone now wants to copy his style. His current Man City team is the most advanced tactically in the history of football. They deserve far more respect and appreciation for their consistency and dominance domestically for the past 8 years. It's mostly overlooked by unfair judgment from 115 critics and oil money nonsense. All the big clubs spend money. We live in a capitalist world, no longer in the 1970's.
Keeping 89% of the ball possession doesn’t necessarily mean the best team lol. Tiki taka is boring.
It is the biggest and the greatest team on the world
Our history is not filled with filth
@@barca-vibe 0️⃣🤭🤭🤣🤣🤣
I'm happy that he is staying.
Stay xavi
What options does Barca have? We don't even have money to hire a new manager and buy the players he wants. Xavi will use academy youths to go against Vini, Bellingham, Mbappe next season. It's gonna be David vs the Goliath.
Well, barca liked to spend and spend on usless players. They were rich a heck
When the spealer no want xavi anymore they not play good football for barca
Real Madrid fans had the best week for a long time. 1. advance past City 2. beat Barcelona 3. Xavi decides to stay. Perfect.
because there's no where else to go
Well there is
AJAX and other clubs where interested in him
its so obvious , xavi is barcelona dna , barcelona fc have to maintain this dna ( culture) ,, no tree ever grew in two days... apart from NEVERLOOSEN ,, HAALAAA MADRID
💰💸💰💸
Mmm
Big.mistake.
32 years of the Premier League and Liverpool still haven’t lifted a title in-front of fans…
Seriously reaching 😂😂😂
barcelona's tactics. 1-promote a youngster and play him regularly. 2-try to make everyone believe that the youngster is actually good.because of most people are stupid, they actually do believe😃
Yea you’re right, I mean look at players like Guadiola, Sergi, Puyol, Xavi, Iniesta, Valdes, Busqest, Messi, Gavi, Yemin, etc….
@@bilalsim124😂😂😂
Stupi D la Masia is the best academy
