How???. My spine is fused twice. I start P.T. on the 5th, my mental pain has been there before my spinal fusions. I sometimes feel trapped. I want to be able to move without the pain. I have smoked cigarettes for over 30 years. I know it's hurting me physically, but when I get stressed, I want one. Im trying to stop. The habit itself I'm struggling with. I have been depressed sometimes. I just want to get to healthy. I had to tell my oldest daughter to leave my home because she was so disrespectful to me,NO MORE. 2024, I will be saying NO a lot for myself and boundaries with ones that want to be disrespectful to me. I have to learn to love myself, and I was never taught how. Thank you, Trent, for your advice, and I am applying it to my life ❤🙏💯

Ever since I started chosing me .my siblings don't want nothing to do with me and friends left me and they all said I'm just trying to be perfect and better then everyone. Oh well I don't care.im just trying to better myself and need peace for myself.
