This 3D Ornament is from converting 2D Image PNG/JPG to DXF format with converter online (it's free) so it can be import to SketchUp to become shape and change into 3D object.
In Indonesia it's called Krawangan or Roster

Sir there is timing plugn can you tell me where it and for what you using it?
Ohh that's not a plugin, that's a stopwatch that comes from a Windows 11 feature, I just want to show how long the solid tool process takes.
if you are using windows just type "clock" after you click on start menu in windows taskbar, in clock app you can find stopwatch.
