Curious about upcoming whisky review including Goan whisky. Usyally I dont like Scotch malts mixed with grain spirit, it will tone down whisky taste. And finally I believe the " woody " taste from various budget whisky comes from added flavor. Even Goan budget whisky, old oak from Adinco gets woody taste but its surely added flavor.
