Because that's the time where this kind of sound belongs. You need this music because it's less "serious" and more lighthearted than forest stuff and you can't play prog right after the dark stuff. You need to have smooth transitions between the genres or else it would interrupt the flow of the party.

This guy just blew my fucking mind, defenetively one of the best sets ive ever heard. IMHO he is better than most of the big names out there (including astrix !!) Only wish you the best in your future man, you really carry the true psychedelic vibe in your music, lots of love :))
