Elysian Park Cops shut down Lowriders | Brookside Park | Cinco De Mayo Lowrider Picnic Backup park

Last-minute Lowrider picnic relocated to Brookside Park in Pasadena after Elysian Park and Crystal Park became overcrowded and were cleared by the police. Lowrider enthusiasts gathered at Brookside Park to showcase their custom chrome and paint-adorned vehicles. Note: I do not own the rights to the background music.
