buff is one of the worst apps I have ever used. You get almost nothing for playing your games and it took me 3 months to get a 5 dollar gift card. Useless and for some older computer is DOSE run a lot in your background and the annoying pop up add is so stupid. Do not get BUFF!!

Bruh....if they did that to every delusional player league would lose 75% of their player base overnight. Queue up ranked 5 times with chat and 5 times with all chats disabled and you'll notice a major difference in how you perceive the game state. The only solution would be a complicated rating system. This would entail the same as voting goes, but instead you can rate a teammate or enemy 1-10. The complicated part is that if you are a toxic person you could just rate everyone you run into a 1, and given more people are toxic than not (especially in NA) it would not work so well, which means you would have to give ratings of a good, neutral, or bad so that way at least an AI could run a quick chat test to see if people are not false rating people. However, at the end of the day the solution is only as effective as the player base allows it to be. The more you ruin someones game on purpose, the more those people have a bad day and purposely ruin someone elses game and the cycle continues.
I don’t think chat should be disabled for that reason or for any reason like that. Even more so, I think it’s so much better to add voice coms to the game.
but if you look closely, Yasuo did in fact waste 5 seconds before actually start to react to the pings, from 7:47 to 7:52 he wasn't even reacting to anything, that's why the Gragas was so pissed, but yeah, I would still blame Gragas after missing both his E and R

Quite important fact to consider when talking about VCS matchfixing is that many of those matchfixes have been about bets about KD record of particular players, or who got a certain objective, or the amount of towers taken by a team, etc. And that kind of matchfixing is a lot harder to detect than losing on purpose.
Seeing how they proxy the botlane like that. How people use towers to deny exp or just level advantage. I quit over that before. The problem is it takes all the skill out of the game. It is the same reason they changed original GP E ability which used to be promote. The atk spd steroid and movement speed wasn't nearly as valuable as denying your own minion from the enemy. But then for whatever reason riot allowed the zoning from waves of exp. This is less about how Dorans is strong and more about how the strategy is busted because you can do that at any point if you're strong enough. They broke minions when they made them basically unmanipulatable by your own team on their way to lane now they only way to fix them is to make them untargetable until they reach another minion or tower
Reminds me of when i was playing Kayle Supp. Darius died twice to Sett top lane under 5 min and types "wait we have a Kayle support?" and just flames me for the rest of the game even though I'm winning lane. Refused to play the game out so we eventually lost.
the amount of people who make bad plays then act like you should suddenly become game master and suddenly fix it by doing legit the impossible is insane.
I genuinely think league would be less toxic if there was voice chat, mostly because it humanises everyone in the team and you're less likely to yell at someone for dumb shit like flaming if its VC, I find its easier to get mad at someone when they type and ping you but I can't really get mad at someone in voice chat as much

Her shield now affects herself, an ally, and the turret near her, and she can just free fire her ult and run away and still have it active. 👍
Could Bausen's law could have saved Weibo there? Instead of backing and slowly getting bled out, maybe they could have just died for the waves and at least got the exp and some gold, instead of dying anyways and getting nothing
