Yes, Kyndall I can definitely tell the swelling is going down, you are looking amazing, still #glowing, and your lack of appetite may be your body absorbing and feeding off the extra fat. Smoothies are a great idea to get in your daily fruits and veggies! I like strawberries, pineapples (mixed fruit frozen fruit) with spinach and kale, so bomb! And Tex, you don't even taste the veggies in the smoothie if you blend it up real good. So you know I gotta add my lil "mama advice" for this vid: socks! A baby's heat will escape from the the head and feet first, so covering her feet, head and chest in cool places will keep her from catching a lil cold, and socks or footies help with circulation. (I know yall probably be like why she keep giving this unsolicited advice LOL, but I give it with love in the hopes that it helps in some small way.) Be blessed Sands fam!💕
