Without it, you can't win.

Even with the dash theres only a very small window for you to make mistakes and lose. You have to keep spamming the dodge button and not get stuck somewhere.

I searched this just to see if "Just don't mess up" was basically how to win.
I was right. In the end you just gotta have good reaction time or eventually gain muscle memory of the course and dash every time it recovers almost instantly to maintain a lead.

How to win: You have to wait until you learn the dash ability from the Fire Temple area.

This is still easily the most bullshit quest in the game and everyone knows it, at least make the margin for error a bit smaller. You know what would be great? How about an amulet that I dunno...doubles your speed? At least so this doesnt seem tedious. Tmv~

You need it once in one character by proxy to finish the achievements that needs you to obtain and upgrade and forge all Weapons.

Yeah, you just need the dash ability you get later in the game.

Its not Dash ability. Its run ability, an item you receive in Fire Temple.
