我们每月大概最大头的费用：
1. 私立学校：$2000
2. 房产税 = $1400
3. 房屋和汽车保险 = $350
4. 食物 = $800
5. 房贷= $4000
先要把什么是贫困线搞清楚，不要把小康，中产生活误认为贫困。大部分新一代中国移民根本不知道贫困生活是什么样的，无论是在中国还是在美国。钱不够花不代表贫困，亿万富翁也有钱不够花欠一堆债的。
我们每月大概的费用：
1. 私立学校：$3000。
2. 房产税 = $1800
3. 房屋和汽车保险 = $500
4. 食物 = $700
5.Costco = $700
6. 水电费=$400
7. 电话费 = 140 美元
8. 课外活动 = $300
9.杂项（外出就餐等）= $600
今年我们还清了房屋和汽车抵押贷款, 把钱投入529, 指数基金, CDs。年收入50-60万, 很少在自己爱好上花钱. 开着两辆破车. 不敢乱花钱, 考虑让孩子们退出私立学校,
那需要你们家房子学区不错才放心，要不然还真不放心放公校的。
你列出的这些大概也就6000，可能你投资的花费比较高吧，50-60万年收入听上去挺充足的...

私立学费=$2000

水电煤气费=$400
手机网络费=$300
湾区房价真的是很高，大头开支主要在房子上，很羡慕早买房的人，房子便宜房贷少，地产税也能省不少。

The group site we reserve at Diablo's Park is the sole site there, making it one of the park's totally isolated sites, which is why we have a music programs this time. 我在纽约，一个人租住，一年一半时间在曼哈顿，另一半在布鲁克林，从没合租过，只吃有机食物，每周派对，一个月3000左右。精打细算就可以。因为不需要太多钱我一周只需工作两三小时，我的精力时间就花在找性价比高的，总有白菜价或免费的替代方式只要你愿意找，我就当这是我的工作了，省的就是我挣的。我有无限的自由。

Income $300,000 , 光 federal tax + state tax .... 就要扣 $117,087. 再扣掉醫療保險 $7000-$8000, 401K 的$22500, 到手的真的不多.
I sadly saying that its really hard for big families to live with low income 😢 Because i suffered that situation 😔 I knew how my parents fulfilled our needs😢
為什麼灣區生活費這麼貴？香港家約3M美金，也要供樓，因為家有30隻毛孩，所以請了3個傭工和一位司機，我們每月供樓連所有毛孩的生活費和醫療保險約2萬美金就夠❤
现在100万也不够花的。扣完税最多剩50万。两娃私校至少10万，现在小黑屋的房贷也要20万，还算非常小的奥。 Roth 401K 6万，出游4万，居家开销 5万， 车贷3万。 算算刚刚好，这才是贫困的底线😂

40% goes to taxes, retirement, social security and others. A recent house purchase could mean 30% of your after-tax incomes goes to mortgage unless you have a lot of saving for your down payment. Not to mention other essential expenses like property tax, etc. That is the typical life for someone who makes $25,000/month in the bay area.
