Thank you for Your Video! On the last car I had to change the blower motor on, it was in the same location, but was a virtual nightmare to replace. I had therefore been dreading this repair. After viewing your concise, but complete video, it took about 10 minutes. It was literally the easiest car repair I have ever undertaken. Thank you!
Thank you so much for your video. I was able to follow your instructions, plus another video on how to remove the fan from the blower motor. It works, and I hope it lasts!
The blower stop. I took it out of the car and pull of the plastic fan. Bang bang ban and one spoon with heavy dust was the problem. Where the dark dust come from? I don't know.
Tell this day the motor is still quiet. I wish I would have gone into more detail of taking it apart and cleaning it but it was quite simple to dissemble. After it was taking apart all I used was my air compressor to blow out all the dust and crud that had built up inside then I used a DRY silicone based lubricant and liberally applied it to the bearings and components I thought needed it.
Could you tell me how did you dissemle this blower? I've removed it with help of your video. But this blower looks like it's made from one piece. It has one bolt and one nut.
Mine was making the same noise and then eventually stopped working. I put a new motor in and now no power. You wouldn't happen to have any idea why would you?

Yeah exactly.. you remove the nut and washer then you can pull the white turbine off the motor housing..
