Kanaeva's rope is one of the most difficult ones in history, when I watch it always ask myself; how can she resist the speed, the elements, how can she catches the rope in the correct way and keep it constantly moving? Her routine is spartan, just looks at her first element, that kind of backward illusion turn mixed with a backscale turn and it´s not only the body difficulty, it´s also apparatus difficulty because she throws the rope with her foot and catches it while it is twisting in the air and all long. She's the greatest one, and nobody can even touch her scores in this competition

I agree, and she's not only technically perfect (the speed, cleanliness, difficulty level and choreography are stunning) but she was also so artistic and her ability to transmit the music was just something. What commentators say in this video is that it looks more like a dance rather than a routine. Legend!
