Ahh Bladder of Steel...one of my favorite and most memorable achievements. I'll never forget; I went for it on the first day of Christmas break in 11th grade, 2009. I did Expert guitar and managed to do it first try! Only came close to failing maybe 1 time. My biggest roadblock was actually...well, not being able to hold my piss; maybe 20-25 minutes from the end of my run, I just couldn't hold it any longer, so I ended up guesstimating when the song Battery was about to start (I knew it had a long intro with not too many notes - giving me a lot of wiggle room) and ran out onto my porch to pee 🤣 (I lived in a rural area so I was able to easily get away with this lol) I guess I don't technically deserve the title of "Bladder of Steel" but hey, I got every Endless Setlist-related achievement in 1 run along with a timeless story to tell lol
I got this on Medium Drums back in the day. I could play Expert on most songs, but a lot of the metal tracks just kicked my ass so I played it safe. Had my wife sit in on a couple of her favorite songs so I got a break.
@@elmundodejuguetesdejoselui7548 Some people just take more naturally, or are gifted enough to just do it all. I, for one, can't play guitar very well at all. I can do the easier songs on expert, but solos just look like a threw a handful of skittles at the screen and insta-fail.
Ah the good ol bladder of steel! My favorite achievement, it was a hell of a ride. Having seen it fully now, I think the achievement is just cursed. I did it with a friend online, and on painkiller my internet dropped, rendering the run dead lol. We ended up trying again the following week, and managed to snag it :)
If you think that achievement was a nightmare to get, wait until you get to the LEGO Rock Band achievement “The Final Countdown” where you have to 100% the guitar solo on the song “The Final Countdown” on Expert Guitar only, and it has to be in a regular run too. Kept trying to practice the solo and it is a nightmare to get because the guitar and bass engine on that game is busted a bit, and I could not get it. I could literally tell you it might give you the same crushed feeling too as I did.
This was 100% the most harrowing trophy I'd ever gotten. Completed it back in high school on expert guitar, and I recall one point where I had to do a speed run piss right when a song ended & managed to get back right when the notes appeared for the next song's chart. Good times
I still remember my Bladder of Steel run like it was yesterday, I was thirsty as hell by the end of it, so I ran upstairs to get some water during the minute long guitar break in Let There Be Rock, ended up tripping and hitting my head on the wall. Still finished the set, although I came dangerously close to failing Painkiller during one of the solos.
@@Darkshock25 I was using an xplorer when it happened lol. Was one of those who’ve tried to use star power by hitting select and I accidentally hit start instead
@@Darkshock25yeah, I did a second attempt shortly after my screw up and ended up doing it successfully. Just wanted to recount my failure on this one since it was funny to me
I still have flashbacks to the moment I was 1 note away from failing Painkiller on the last guitar solo of the entire setlist.. never pausing or failing to that point.. but I survived. Probably my proudest achievement in gaming. Also I'm so sorry you had to do that twice 😬
Attempted the Bladder of Steel challenge once. I played on Expert guitar and failed on the outro of Bodhisattva, which was like the 6th to last song. Like you, I was absolutely shell shocked, but still completed the setlist. I never did go back and try the Bladder of Steel challenge though. And now that I have kids, I don’t see another opportunity in the near future 😂
You can attempt it again on a day off if someone else is babysitting the kids for 6 hours. There’s always multiple ways to get the achievement. And you’ll need to practice Bodhisattva, Battery, Visions, Panic Attack, and Painkiller to pass them all on Expert Guitar.
Look up the hidden big band ending chart for Bodhisattva. It's only there to animate the player on stage, but it's insane and I doubt it's even possible on console.
I tried to attempt it on my first try on my old PS3 but the console started to heated up before it unfortunately overheated and completely stopped working in 2011.
I did the endless setlist 2 multiple times on Expert Guitar when I was younger just so I can get the platinum icon on my custom characters. The setlist being so good and fun definitely helped not make it a chore and a blast to do over and over.
Much appreciated! thanks Yes I have a couple more in progress but waiting on some co op help and have some tricky single player bits left. Hopefully won't take toooo long
I just put myself through this again last June, but on Expert Vocals. My throat hurt for a bit afterwards since I never played vocals for 6 hours straight. I had already gone through it near the games release on expert guitar, so I don't know what made me want to torture myself again over a decade later. Awesome job powering through even with all the technical issues!
Great video man, you have to start a band at this point! Some of the rock band drum achievements are brutal… especially on the Green Day and Beatles games
My dad and I tried this together back in the day, him on vocals and me on guitar, both on Expert. We had planned this ahead of time with me using the wired RB1 guitar and him having a controller plugged in and using a headset instead of a regular mic. He used the headset so he could run to the bathroom if he needed to and still have a mic handy. I, on the other hand, had to sit there and take it. Anyway, trouble started brewing during Livin on a Prayer when our dog was pacing back and forth across the living room. Remember, we're both using wired controllers, so the inevitable happened, dog disconnected one of us. This pissed my dad off so much that he put her outside. From this point, we had already set aside the entire day for this, so we pressed on. As it turns out, during Visions, which was song #81 or 82, my wired controller decided to pretend to disconnect even though it was still plugged in. And if that wasn't enough, my dad made it so we actually failed Painkiller. So in the long run, our dog did us a favor. To this day, I still don't have this achievement, and it's one of two from this game that I'm missing.
If you get someone else to pet-sit your dog for over 6 hours, get enough practice first before attempting, grab some supplies (make sure you don’t drink too many drinks during it or it will make you pee to force you to pause), then it’s a way to get the achievement once. Trust me, I did get it before and played the Endless Setlist 2 15 times up to this day. I just love Rock Band 2 to death.
Me and my buddy went for this achievement a few years ago, Expert Guitar with us swapping back and forth a few times for bathroom breaks. Definitely one of the greatest accomplishments in any video game i've done. And nearly having a heart attack because I almost failed at the end of Bodhisattva lmao
Look up the hidden big band ending chart for Bodhisattva and you're likely to have anpther heart attack. It's only there to animate the player on stage, but it's insane and I doubt it's even possible on console.
Funny this pops up in my recommended, my brother and I just finished the endless set list on expert for the first Rockband game earlier today, and it’s much much easier than Rockband 2’s. No bladder of steel achievement for starters, less songs and less difficult songs. I did the second games endless set list a few months back, and only missed out on BOS because my friend accidentally unplugged my guitar… I’ll go back and get it eventually but I’m dreading it haha
I actually streamed a playthrough of the endless setlist on expert drums a few years back. Took me about roughly 10 hours in total, and I spent over an hour on the last five songs alone since I had severely underestimated the difficulty of Shoulder to the Plow after 7 hours of continuous drumming. I managed to clutch the rest of the setlist out after a break though. My right arm was dead for the entirety of the next day...
Luckily when I went for Bladder of Steel, I had a bathroom that was just off my living room, so I was able to quickly rush in to take a whiz between songs at one point. But yeah, probably the most insane achievement I've accomplished in a game.
Great vid, I got the PS3 platinum trophy for RB2 last year. One of the hardest achievements ended up being getting 1m points in a song with the online mode down. I ended up having to do vocals and guitar solo on Green Day’s Jesus of Suburbia. Really tough stuff - only just cracked 1m after many many attempts.
I did get this achievement before and it was an exhausting experience. But I will say, I love Rock Band 2 to death. I even have got way more videos of Rock Band 2 on my channel too which is why I demand playing that game any day.
My first time ever going for this achievement and I got it on Expert. I wasn't good enough at the time to play Battery or Visions though, so I really got lucky and didn't fail on those songs cuz I saved my overdrive for the parts that I knew I would miss on. It's still one of my most proudest achievements to this day, nothing comes close
I remember waking up at 8am on a Saturday to do this on Expert Guitar. The bathroom was right next to my room, so I picked breaks in the guitar parts or the gap between songs to run and pee. Nailed it in one try, but I didn't immediately do it. Was familiar with every song
I've done this about 5 times. I think in Rock Band 1 I did it 3 times before I succeeded and in Rock Band 2 I did it twice, there were some really brutal songs near the end. I was a drummer and my honestly my ass was killing me halfway through and I had to stand up for the few seconds between songs to get through. My ankle was killing me in the Rock Band 1 attempts before I found the right technique. I miss having a group of friends that were willing to spend a whole day doing this with me
I played on expert and could 5 star everything on guitar so naturally I wanted all 5 stars on every song. I played through the endless setlist, having to take a leak twice in a McDonald’s cup without pausing, lemme tell ya, it ain’t easy. Got all the way to visions and didn’t 5 star it and not thinking, I paused it and restarted the song cause I didn’t wanna have all 5 stars except that one song and as it was loading back up I realized my mistake. Inches from the finish line I made a stupid mistake. 😭 never again lol
Tip: Don’t drink drinks too much if you’re aiming for the achievement. It will make you pee to force you to pause. There are multiple ways to get the achievement. I got it before and did the Endless Setlist 2 the same deal as you except I didn’t make the same mistake you did. Played that gig 15 times. I just love Rock Band 2 to death.
Doing Endless Setlist back in the day was pretty cool because it gave you the platinumed icon for the instrument you played on for online play, or so I believe in the case of Expert, not sure about other difficulties.
Today I was bankrupted, left by my wife and I found out that I was adopted. Was an excellent day though, as JForJack uploaded a video playing my second favourite guitar simulator.
Discovered your channel fairly recently and just went through just about all of your videos. Great work! I'm excited to see what games you decide to get the achievements for, next! Since you're mostly focusing on classic 360 games, might I suggest Dead Rising? There's an excellent guide by Recommended Playing if you decide to go for the task of 100% achievements for that game or its sequel. It's tough to find games from that era that don't also have now-impossible multiplayer achievements, sadly.
I actually ended up doing this twice on expert back in the day. Once on my friends ps3, him playing the drums and me playing the guitar, then I did it solo on my 360. Shout out to Let There Be Rock for having gaps in the song long enough to use the bathroom 😆
And Master Exploder having a break for Drums and Bass. Even Vocals has a few more songs that you can bypass through on talkies and break to use the bathroom.
This is my proudest achievement. I bought a mic stand and did the guitar and singing by myself. Knowing all the songs made it easy to sing since I knew the lyrics. Knocked out the difficulty achievements out by doing bladder of steel and the expert endless simultaneously I did a random bathroom break in between songs and ran since my room is next to the bathroom.
Another perk of the endless setlist playlist is plated icons when you play online (silver for medium, gold for expert, platinum for expert), so by brother and I played through it twice so we could get it on all instruments. We would play until we got too tired, leave the console on overnight, and finish it in the morning. good times
I did this achievement, too. I was kind of sad to see they didn't keep up the endless setlist in Rock Band 3. I didn't want another bladder of steel achievement, but another endless setlist to get an achievement with would have been fun.
A very energized 15 year old me took on the 84 song challenge on NYE 2008/NYD 2009. If I remember right I had just got the drum set for Christmas (0 drum experience) and decided I wanted to give it a shot. Around 4 hours into the challenge, it was 2 or 3am and my Grandpa told me to go to bed. I remember leaving my Xbox on pause just hoping it wouldnt crash overnight. I woke up around 8am and finished the rest. Never came close to your achievement (which I forgot existed until this moment) but completing this challenge on an instrument I had no experience playing regardless of difficulty felt good at the time. Never tried it again haha.
I did this on bass back in the day. I was so close to failing both Visions and Panic Attack not because the songs were difficult (they were) but because I was really tired and so was my arm. But thankfully got through it all without ever pausing. I do want to revisit this game with a working guitar the songs are just too good on rb2
I have fond memories of my older brother doing it with his friends, and them including me in to play drums with them. Meant a lot to be included as a child with the older kids lol. I do recall using the super long organ intro on Wont Get Fooled Again to quickly run out and power piss quickly in the toilet, as a proverbial "F-U" to the achievement name, lol.
Did this twice (I was on vocals both times :)) once alone once with a full band. If you’re doing bladder of steel and your bathroom is close to your real room vox is the move for sure. Songs like the trees and let there be rock have long breaks to get drinks or use the restroom
I did the endless setlist multiple times. One time I got together with some online friends where we were all going to play an instrument we weren't as good at and get the platinum icon for it (playing together allows you to revive each other and not fail the song). My internet was terrible and it cut out around song 60 and made everyone disconnect. The guitarist got really mad at me. I woke up the next day and did it by myself so I had a platinum icon for each instrument.
@@Darkshock25 That's pretty impressive. I'm going to guess I did it around 5 and a half times. 2 times on PS2 (guitar and vocals), 3 times on 360 (guitar, vocals, and drums), and the time where my internet died and kicked us all out towards the end of the set. I probably would have done bass as well but if I remember right doing guitar also counts for platinum bass.
I played this game so much in my youth, platinum my whole band, although I needed help to get the guitar and drum platinum. Peace Sells (But who's Buyin') back then I couldn't beat solo on drums and of course Visions on Guitar. Bass and vocals were a breeze, and I find it easier to beat the endless setlist on vocals, as you can sing in your own voice (just match the pitch.) I'd say in my lifetime I have completed the endless setlist 8 or so times, 2 times for Steel Bladder achievement, one for me and another for a friend online. Crazily enough, I too had issues the first time trying the achievement, one is with my dog who was running around and bumped my 360. She costed me the achievement 63 songs in, and $60 extra, to purchase a new CD. Power outage stopped another run halfway in, and my own incompetence by dropping my drumstick near the end of Panic Attack, I wasn't able to recover and failed near the last note. (Didn't try the achievement for another month after that mistake.) 😅
I remember attempting this back in the day on PS3, looking back at the wireless instruments it had, it probably would have ended in a similar way >.> Still this game holds a special place in my heart, I got it for Christmas in '08 and played it every day until I got a Drum kit in '10. Been playing ever since :^)
Me and some friends decided to go for Bladder of Steel some months ago. We don't live close to each other so we had to do it online. Oh my God it was so scary haha. I had to make sure EVERYONE was playing on a wired/ethernet connection to lower our chances of randomly disconnecting. My dumbass was playing with a wireless guitar and the low battery alert lights were blinking towards the ending of the setlist. Our guitarist almost failed the achievement for us but we made a huge save at the very last second. Those six hours were a whole ass adventure. Good times.
I got this one. I only got it on Medium, but under the circumstances I think it was justified. For some reason, when I was already struck with crazy insomnia, I decided that after I'd been awake for like 24 hours I'd have a go at it. I went to the bathroom, turned off the phone, put fresh batteries in the controller, put on the headphones and went to town. By the time I was finishing up I was a WRECK, but I did it. I think I started around 5 in the morning and finished by noon or even later. Delirious, elated, it was the most surreal and wonderful gaming moment in my life (even just at Medium lol).
Actually used to run this trophy for my friends; if I remember correctly playing through the endless setlist would earn your characters a silver or golden icon (maybe only RB1), so I would do that for all of them as well. Must have gone through the setlist on expert a dozen times or so. Ahh, not having to pay bills was a great time.
You’re a madman for using the player one guitar in that arcade 😂 I’ve been there and you basically have to turn the guitar upside down to activate star power lol
I remember a good friend of mine did this in a full band setting, with all of them on Expert. They managed to get it first try. His safeguard for Drums was to rubber band a plastic water bottle cap over the XBOX button in case he accidentally hit it. And on Visions, he smacked the cap clear off the button. We all freaked the frak out, but no pause happened! It was so funny 😂
The Drums were loud, but I also did the Endless Setlist 2 on Drums before and told my parents they’ll have to deal with hearing 7 to 8 hours of drumming until I was done.
@@BenKuyt64 They were ok with it. If your parents hated you because of it, probably waiting for your parents to leave for the day would be a smarter idea.
You should really go in and clean your Xbox. Open it up, dust it, and replace the thermal paste. Trust me, it's a game changer. Your console won't be loud anymore, or freeze. I imagine the reason it keeps freezing is because the thermal paste is dried out, and not pulling any heat off of the chips, so the console freezes due to overheating. So, clean the sucker out, and replace the thermal paste, and your console will thank you, as well as be more reliable. Also, it will last much longer than it already has. I'm sure the constant freezing and overheating is not good for its health.
Rock Band 2 was the very first game I completed 100% of the Achievements on. I remember borrowing my best friend who's practically my brother at this point, Justin's Wired Xplorer Guitar to play through this set list with no pausing or anything. I made sure i was set, had taken care of everything I needed to do and the first thing I said after I completed the Endless Setlist and got the Bladder of Steel Achievement was, "I need to use the f**king bathroom." Lol 😂🤣
One of the few platinums I actually feel triumphant lmao. The endless set list wasn’t bad to me. As I was already a pro at this I 5* every song in this game. I started it at 9pm so I wouldn’t risk anyone bothering me. And after hours of playing. 4 trophies popped with the platinum 😎 good times man.
quality nostalgia trip this one. played RB2 to the death and potentially the best one of the series, i failed on the outro of panic attack on my bladder of steel run and its was traumatising. the only achievement i never got on the game 😂
I did also tackle this on Expert Bass, successfully with a wireless Les Paul for the X360! I love Panic Attack so that was the best reaching it after *Blegh* Visions
If it makes you feel any batter I'm currently doing the drive 1000 miles in the Mafia 2 dlc 'Jimmy's Vendetta'. I just glitch through the map and drive in 'space' while i watch youtube. Almost at 800 miles! Can't wait for my 10 gamerscore
That Bladder of Steel achievement is an actual psychotic idea from some evil Dev. You just KNOW that person was cackling. I'd have to imagine most of the people who did it were doing it in tandem at minimum, or likely in groups.
I bought this game half a year ago just because I found out about this achievement. Got it only a week ago now along with the 3 other achievements on my first try.
I got this one on hard drums back in the day. The only songs i wasn't confident about doing on expert were Everlong and Visons because of how fast they were. Nowadays, i can do Everlong, but it is tiring. Visions is still a no-go. Painkiller is also a pain on my foot with how fast and consistent those kicks are, but I can do that. Wouldn't want to save that one for last tho.
Rock Band 2’s setlist is phenomenal, probably the best in both Rock Band and Guitar Hero. Bodhisattva actually got me into Steely Dan! I would never do the Endless Setlist though, too much hassle 😂
I remember getting this when I was 12 on Expert Guitar on my first try and feeling like Jesus lmao. To make it even sweeter I ended up getting Gold Stars on some pretty difficult songs like Panic Attack.
got into a huge bad habbit, running bladder of steel on expert drums, while live on stream once a week, before i lost the details to my account haha. this was back when it was called justin TV
I never got into rock band/guitar hero, but i'm no stranger to hardware failures ruining achievements. I had my Xbox crash on me several times doing the 7 day survivor achievement in Dead Rising back in the day.
Visions is why I competed the Endless Setlist on vocals. Absolute middle finger to my runs. At least I've heard Panic Attack and Painkiller at some point before 2008 to prep my nerves.
You’ll have to get used to alt-strumming and fretting fast to be able to pass Visions on Expert Guitar or Bass in Practice Mode slowing it down. And you’ll need stamina to be able to pass the 4 hardest songs in the game on Hard or Expert Drums. (Battery, Visions, Panic Attack, & Painkiller)
I attempted this year's ago, and my controller disconnected for literally 5secs and at the time I didn't know that ruined the attempt... Haven't done it ever since, life etc.
You can still schedule another day as a day off to attempt it again, make sure the controller’s wired so it won’t disconnect at all during the setlist without pausing or worrying about failing. It’s not too late to try again. If life is getting in your way, then finish it or let someone do the work for you for 6 hours to get another chance to attempt it again. 😉
Anyone attempting this achievement make sure you have a good chair with neck support. When I obtained this achievement 3 years ago I did it while sat on an old stool that had no back or neck support for 6 and a half hours. Let’s just say the next day I couldn’t move… Don’t be like me! Take care of your entire body not just your wrists and your bladder!
I tried this in the summer holidays 2010 on expert drums, we were getting a new landline put in and the internet dropped out, disconnected me from xbox live and sent me back to the main menu..... never tried it again
Never do it during repairs, man. It’s too risky. You can schedule it another day to try again but on a day off and making sure you’re not too busy with life getting in the way by finishing what else you need to do or have someone else do the work for you before attempting it again. 😉

I did this with my cousin!! I could’ve done expert on drums but I chose hard, and he did expert on guitar. We were gonna double up and do bass and guitar and in hindsight we should’ve but it was so fun.
It took me 4 rounds to get this trophy on PS3 to get the platinum, with expert vocals, 2 times the game crashes and other one with my brother on expert bass to get platinum logo for guitar and vocals, the 4 one was success and get my first platinum trophy in my PlayStation account
Sick video as always, for an achievement like this in the future having a timer on the screen would be cool. So we can see how far in you are before something goes wrong lol
WHAT?! Randomly triggering the guide button in this guitar model is not an issue only with my unit? That's terrible and made it impossible to be played with. Good to know tho, cuz I still have mine and instead of keep on trying to fix this problem I'll upgrade it to a Clone Hero guitar (probably with the Arduino mod). Thank you for this great video.

God, this is probably the rhythm game I played more than any, and I played a lot of them! I just loved this set list so much.
It is very good!!
I did the endless setlist 2 multiple times on Expert Guitar when I was younger just so I can get the platinum icon on my custom characters. The setlist being so good and fun definitely helped not make it a chore and a blast to do over and over.
I completed the Endless Setlist 2 like 15 times now at this point. Not kidding.
I absolutely love the Guitar Hero/Rock Band videos you make! Hope to see more down the line :)
Much appreciated! thanks
Yes I have a couple more in progress but waiting on some co op help and have some tricky single player bits left.
You are an actual legend love ur guitar hero/rockband achievements vids. Keep it up jack
Great video man, you have to start a band at this point! Some of the rock band drum achievements are brutal… especially on the Green Day and Beatles games
It's crazy how much this channel is right up my alley having grown up in the 2000's
Hope you enjoy the vids!
Got lots more planned and on the go already
Hey, seeing you play on Bass, that's my primary instrument! I can still remember most of these songs just by looking at them!
Good luck, man. Make sure to prepare before you attempt it.
Yeah…I tried for this back in the day on PS3 Expert Guitar. Got to Visions and the controller died. Wanted to cry, but some day I’ll go back.
You can do it, man. Believe in yourself!
I did this on Expert Drums and my arms and legs aches for like a week afterwards. Visions absolutely murdered my limbs
I would love to get better at the drums to tackle some of the GH/RB series achievements. Maybe one day!
Maybe if you’ve done it on Medium or Hard, it would’ve been painless.
My most vivid memory of Rock Band was struggling to pass Green grass and high tides on expert that song was a killer
What about Rock Band 2?
Bro ur so good the best thing I’ve ever done on a rhythm game is a flawless medium difficulty of paint it black
You should give Rock Band 2 a try at least! It deserves some support. 😉
@@Darkshock25 bet
Today I was bankrupted, left by my wife and I found out that I was adopted.
Was an excellent day though, as JForJack uploaded a video playing my second favourite guitar simulator.
You mean “Rock Band”? It’s not just a guitar simulator. It’s a rhythm band game.
You absolute legend!
My fingers would have fallen off aiming for that trophy.
Vocals is the easiest way to get that hardest achievement without hurting your fingers or your body. 😉
A legendary achievement!! Great video!
Thank you kindly
This is my proudest achievement. I bought a mic stand and did the guitar and singing by myself. Knowing all the songs made it easy to sing since I knew the lyrics.
Knocked out the difficulty achievements out by doing bladder of steel and the expert endless simultaneously
I did a random bathroom break in between songs and ran since my room is next to the bathroom.
I audibly gasped when the guide popped up
Me too.
Another perk of the endless setlist playlist is plated icons when you play online (silver for medium, gold for expert, platinum for expert), so by brother and I played through it twice so we could get it on all instruments. We would play until we got too tired, leave the console on overnight, and finish it in the morning. good times
No, it’s a Vinyl Badge for Medium. (Shiny Inverse Badge is what you get for Medium)
You could use a catheter or get a padded bog seat.
I did this achievement, too. I was kind of sad to see they didn't keep up the endless setlist in Rock Band 3. I didn't want another bladder of steel achievement, but another endless setlist to get an achievement with would have been fun.
Got that Platinum way back in 2009, baby! Perhaps my greatest gaming achievement ever!
Starting earlier is the smarter way to get it without staying up late to get it done.
I did this on bass back in the day. I was so close to failing both Visions and Panic Attack not because the songs were difficult (they were) but because I was really tired and so was my arm. But thankfully got through it all without ever pausing. I do want to revisit this game with a working guitar the songs are just too good on rb2
You can still get a new plastic guitar online for reasonable prices to connect to your console. 😉
I have this achievement....basically was a long night in my dorm with help of my roommate lol
hero roommate
nothing is impossible with the power of friendship!
Did this twice (I was on vocals both times :)) once alone once with a full band.
If you’re doing bladder of steel and your bathroom is close to your real room vox is the move for sure. Songs like the trees and let there be rock have long breaks to get drinks or use the restroom
would love to see some Trials HD and Trials Revolutions videos! Difficult achievements and some of the most classic 360 games from the Arcade days.
I did the Endless Setlist 2 15 times. Did you?
@@Darkshock25 That's pretty impressive. I'm going to guess I did it around 5 and a half times. 2 times on PS2 (guitar and vocals), 3 times on 360 (guitar, vocals, and drums), and the time where my internet died and kicked us all out towards the end of the set. I probably would have done bass as well but if I remember right doing guitar also counts for platinum bass.
@@AdamOusley It does. I studied Rock Band 2 for over 5 years. Any question you got about the game, I’m totally your guy. 😉
“Peace Sells” is just the song name. The way you said the title is the album name, not the song title.
This achievement is the only thing holding me from completion on rockband 2 and I don’t think I’ll be attempting it anytime soon….
The intro was SOO good!
Did bladder of steel more than 10 times back in my teens with different friend groups. All of us played Guitar Hero, it was such a great time.
You mean “Rock Band”? They’re not the same. It’s different for a reason.
I remember doing this... on fucking DRUMS. Can you tell my parents hated me at 13?
The Drums were loud, but I also did the Endless Setlist 2 on Drums before and told my parents they’ll have to deal with hearing 7 to 8 hours of drumming until I was done.
@@Darkshock25 I tried to do it when my parents were out and I had a free Saturday. First world probs, eh?
I got the achievement before and I love RB2 to death way more.
I did also tackle this on Expert Bass, successfully with a wireless Les Paul for the X360! I love Panic Attack so that was the best reaching it after *Blegh* Visions
man what a cool thing the endless setlist and fancy icons were
Does it make you want to play Rock Band 2 again?

That Bladder of Steel achievement is an actual psychotic idea from some evil Dev. You just KNOW that person was cackling. I'd have to imagine most of the people who did it were doing it in tandem at minimum, or likely in groups.
Can safely say I'll never be doing it again!
@@JForJackPlays you're a madman (in the best way) for even doing it once -- basically twice, actually.
My buddy and I did this as guitar and bass back when this game was new.
I bought this game half a year ago just because I found out about this achievement. Got it only a week ago now along with the 3 other achievements on my first try.
loving the achievement videos!
Thank you kindly!!
Rock Band 2's song list is probably one the best for any rhythm game ever
Banger after banger
fun fact: the name of achievement "Bladder of Steel" is actually a reference title to the NES hockey game called "Blades of Steel".
Man, I wish we got rhythm games with good music back.
Honestly forgot how good it is
I remember getting this when I was 12 on Expert Guitar on my first try and feeling like Jesus lmao.
You should give Rock Band 2 a try at least! It deserves some support. 😉
I remember doing this Full band back then which didnt allow you to pause. Bladder of titanium i tell you what.
That’s what you gotta prepare for if you’re gonna get the Bladder Of Steel Award.
I got this achievement twice. First on the 360, then the PS3. Loved Harmonix to death in my youth. Idk what they’re up to these days unfortunately.
They've just announced they're stopping Rock Band DLC! :(
Good job on getting it done twice!
