You (not only you, but everyone) can consult a mental health professionals like psychologist Clinical psychologist or psychiatrist for treatments like psychotherapy or Psychiatric medicines. Or in simple words you can consult mental health professionals same as consulting a doctor.( I hope you understand what i said🙂)

Lmao the first one cracked me up. As a final year med student, I was doing ward rounds with one of the registrar's and I couldn't spell his name because the pronunciation is different to how it's spelt, so I wrote the first 4 letters legible and the rest were literally a line then he goes bro that's not how you spell my name it's a J here not a G and that was the part with almost a line 😂😂😂
