I understand you may new to Chanel and i liked the video :) But the dedicated Chanel owners will know this is the Chanel Classic Timeless flap that was designed by Karl in the 1980's and NOT the 2.55
The Chanel 2.55 is the original bag designed by Coco Chanel in February 1955, hence the 2.55.
The 2.55 is an all gold chain with a rectangular lock, and is the more genuine Chanel look
The CC locks were designed by Karl, and are on the timeless flaps and it is the most popular.
Sorry to disappoint you, but this is not a 2.55, it's called the Timeless Classic Bag (designed by Karl Lagerfeld) ;) The 2.55 (the original, designed by Coco Chanel) has the Mademoiselle lock and no leather at the handles.

the history behind the two flaps is actually very interesting. as per their survey they found out that many gals would love if their contents would not be seen by many when they open it as well as to keep the theft at bay. as the top flap is easy to shake off and pick pocketing is easy hence the inner flap :)
His HIDUPZ tote is beautifully colored, very sturdy and the perfect size. Not too small, not too big. I look forward to joining my rotation.
its not a 2.55. this is the classic
All the Chanel bags with flaps are called 2.55 (which stands for february 1955, the time the first bag was issued). The ones with CC locks and a single strap with leather woven into the hardware are Classic Flaps, redesigned by Karl Lagerfeld in the 80's. The ones with rectangular locks and double straps are the reissued 2.55 with the original design done by Coco herself, and they came out in 2005, at the bags' 50th anniversary :)

i m afraid ur bag is a fake, cuz they never make caviar leather with burgundy lining. it's always black in black.

Sayeeda Huq but this one in video is obviously not lambskin, it's caviar leather. they never use black lining in caviar leather classic flap. burgundy lining is iconic for lambskin.

Your make up in this video makes your eyes look absolutely gorgeous! I think the pink lip really complements the green in your eyes and the black eyeliner just makes them stand out more! Just beautiful as always :)

I love this bags! It's a great size for me. Not too bulky, not too small, not too deep. It's not heavy. It is a comfortable fit on your shoulder or on your arm. Secure! I love the look, style and product! *hidupz*

Tip for saving your battery!!!: double click the home button, when the new icon list pops up, hold the icon and delete it! It fully closes out your apps so that they aren't wasting battery and REALLY helps!
Hi Fleur! You said gum sometimes makes you feel queezy and I saw on a talk show that minty gum does actually upset your stomach, but regular bubble-gum flavored gum doesn't do that! Hope this helps!

I had a pink Motorola Razr! I loved it but it didn't last very long-Motorola phones never liked me so they didn't have a very long life. I had it about 8 months before it broke... you weren't missing much Fleur, trust me!
No way! I never got a railcard because I didn't have a need for it. I'm turning 24 at the end of this month and I realised that I'm going to majorly start needing one very soon for work and getting into London. I was getting frustrated at not being able to make the most of getting a railcard but you've just saved the day. Thanks! :) x

The inner flap helps keep everything inside if you lay it flat or if it's upside down.

2/ Go to Privacy
3/ Go to Location Services
4/ Scroll down to the bottom and click on System Services
5/ Turn off Location-Based iAds

this has been my dream bag for so so long so beautiful, also the zippered compartment at the inside of the front flap is where Coco Chanel is meant to have stored her love letters in her original bag.. i thought that was pretty cool haha

You can actually get a railcard up until the day before you turn 26, so if you renew it before your birthday this year around you can actually get another 2 years
also if you turn off your data, wifi, location, etc it increases your battery life drastically!

If you close them once you've stopped using them your battery will most likely last longer. Apps running in the background use more battery than if they're not running at all.
But what uses the most battery is 3G. If you turn it off (if it isn't already) your battery will last twice as long.

A good way to save battery on Apple product is to make sure that the apps aren't always running in the background. Double click the home button and you'll see all the opened apps. Click one for a few secs until it starts moving and then close them. :)

Fleur! You should turn down the brightness on your phone when using it for long periods of time. I find you get a few more hours of use that way

I absolutely love your videos and think you are so gorgeous! A tip for making your phone case less ugly - decorate it with some nail polish. It actually stays on surprisingly well if you let it dry completely, and yeah! It would make it more personalized and maybe a bit easier to like. :)

double click the button on your phone and you can turn off the apps you're not constantly using, which will help save battery. Doesn't delete the apps, just turns them off so they're not constantly running :)

Gum makes me queasy too! It's because when you chew the gum, saliva is produced. This ticks your stomach into thinking that you're going to eat food, and it makes stomach acid. That's what could make your stomach hurt :)

Great video. I’m new to your channel and I love your vibe. And, I can’t tell the difference in the two Bottega bags and the LYXBAG is close enough and it’s cute so that’s good enough for me.
I dont know if others have said this but according to apple when I talked to them it is the 4g LTE that drains the battery so if you want to have it last longer then turn off the LTE if you dont mind just using the 3G. It made my battery last ages longer.

For your iPhone's battery not lasting long, you might check which apps you have running in the background. Usually when my battery isn't lasting long this is the problem and I have to close my apps. Also, when you're not using the phone, you can put it in airplane mode because it can suck the battery if it's trying to pick up internet. Hope that helps if the charging case isn't as effective as you'd like.

it is the chanel classic flap :) the 2.55 has the all metal chain while the classic has the cc clasp and the chanel chain :)

You don't need all that makeup, just a single lipstick is ample, honestly the amount of videos i have watched with women and their makeup bags and sunglasses is unbelievable! you don't need all that. Less is best. 1 lipstick to touch up, that's all you need and you create more room in your bag for other things. Not having a go, i am just giving my opinion. For other comments out there, i couldn't care less.

I'm trying to downside my bags too - cutting down on what I carry, but I find it so hard, I have so many things I keep in the bag just in case. Lovely bag by the way! It's on my wishlist - but by the time I can afford it, it will probably be a few more grand more than it is now and therefore maybe I won't ever be able to afford to splurge so much on a bag. Such is the reality. It's ridiculous how these prices are increasing by so much - and it's not just Chanel.
