I keep watching this clip and every time I come to another conclusion. If Jack knew at this stage when he leaves to go fight the big fight that he was leaving the show. It really looks as if he is really heart broken and saying goodbye. This clip is beautifully put together with the best song ever. Heartbreaking sad !!!
I am sad to see Jack and Elizebeth go through all this heart break and finally get married and Jack then dies! Maybe They should of never gotten married,perhaps she should of,Elizebeth I mean married Charles? I am disappointed it took so long for us fans and Hearties to find out Jack wouldn’t be coming back! Also now Hallmark is taking Loti out of all shows! Therefore there are more casts going to be leaving!! This is such a great show why couldn’t you have written Jack out in a better story,should of just killed him off in a story line that was Jack The mountie true to his calling! Dan It was a very selfish way you wanted out of the When calls the Heart!! To do what ,become engaged to Nadia,! Maybe Nadia would be jeolous with the chemistry Dan and Erin had! When did you actually decide you wanted out? Just wish we were told sooner than we were! I wish you luck in whatever you do ,but you will be missed! Just watching when calls the Heart ,Doug just got killed in line of duty! That is how they should of written Jack out,not killed in a landslide! I love the show so will try my best to continue watching, waiting for season 8 to return next year! God Bless everyone!

No one will convince me otherwise. Jack and Elizabeth had a relationship off screen. The chemistry between these two and I think that is why he left the show.
