Ask for the Proof of Funding from the very beginning, before they transfer anything into the borrowers account or before it gets transferred to their trusts. Then run a Bloomberg audit.. you'll be floored.

So is it worth fighting them over the Note? seeing most don't always win when only making the claim or appeal based on only just the Note. How effective can this be from your experience with a non judicidal state?

We give them a blank endorsement through ignorance on a neg instrument and we also do not state it needs to be specially deposited. Then we sign up to pay for the next 30 years willingly through ignorance. Maxim: ignorance is no excuse. I know this now because it is the age of revelation. Money aka FRN has kept us enslaved.The only way out is in...and they don't want us to know how powerful we actually are. We dn't need it.
