Really informative podcast Matt. I'm not much of a podcast guy, but I chose to listen fully and intensively to this podcast because it hits home so much. Thanks for having a great guest on to discuss the impact of the current Youth Sport$ model and all the negatives that it derives. While I echo the sentiments that you provide in how much good it does provide, there's also some big problems with the system itself. Every family is different, every kid is different, and it takes a family truly to look within themselves and have those tough conversations to figure out what is best for them in youth sports and not fall prey to the big money machine. The problem lies when all your friends and families are doing it and you kind of want to stick together. But at the same time, I saw too much of families sacrificing their soul to go here and go there and for what? I cherish the memories youth sports provided for my family, but I also know there has got to be a better way and I applaud your efforts and Ally's to shed light on what truly is going on.
