Sorry for the late reply if u don't have a warranty card no issues u can visit the service center with bill, box and watch they will repair or replace your watch higher chance is they will replace your watch and provide u a new watch in replacement. Bcz smart watches are not repaired generally.

Brother honestly its very difficult to find watch glass only bcz usually we can get complete display of watches and u told me it's not available in service center as well do one try to find very by mobile repair shop they can arrange it for you from whole market. Brother if display is off and back sensor lighting. There is multiple reason behind it most common power button issue second charging IC issue and the last motherboard issue. Honestly u can't resolve this issue at home. It's not fully waterproof mam it's only water resistant I can't wear this while swimming u can wear it in only light rain or few drop of water now u can do one thing u can claim the warranty of your watch and get the replacement but dont tell him about the water scenario they will be denied to give replacement . Hi, u can do one thing first clean the charging points of your watch and rub the charging points with any hard object like key 🔑 but dont rub extremely hard. And after that put it on charging for 2 hours with any normal charger. Your problem will be resolve.
