I have a rj27 with mektronic ecu. Traction control is currently disabled in all modes, does anyone know of any templates or data I can use as baseline?

Hello Adrian. We received your mail. We are deep into races this period. We are really sorry for our late reply but it''s hard to follow everything. We will get back to you asap when we get back.
In the GYTR ECU those are programmable RBW maps. It's not like with the stock ECU. Since these are programmable through the YAMAHA software, B could Have a harder torque curve than STD or A, depending in what you choose to put in. In this case map B had different RBW maps for some gears.
Spettacolo! Il contenuto del canale è davvero di alto livello. Complimenti

Yes there is the R1 KIT
Are there maps such as traction control or engine brake on wssp motorcycles?
No, on mk7 WSSA ECU there is no chance to have LC WC or TC.
For those strategy options a development ECU is necessary such as the Mk7 Racebike. It can use the same wiring, and is completely open.
