Wow, thats ironic, I had to do this on my FMS 1700 mm P-51. I’ve got the Blue Camo L-39 too, haven’t started on it yet. It’s Aerofoam.

I think I burned it on something.
Question on your experiences with AF L 39 105 mm. On 5-22-23 I had a power failure on 4th flight in 6 months- landed ok with a burnt ESC. Second flight with another AF L 39-5 th flight in 6 months- and upon landing and taxi the motor threw sparks and ESC caught fire and destroyed the jet. Today my 3rd AF flew OK HAVE you or your followers had problems with stock parts supplied in the AF L 39 by Banana Hobby? My site is eldestguy on UA-cam. Thank you for posting all your videos on UA-cam.
The only significant problems I have had are as follows: The stock CHANGE SUN fan collet drive can slide off the shaft while the fan is spinning & damage the interior & could crash the plane. I had to develop a tool to tighten the fan. I recommend using a JP fan to avoid fan issues. I've had 2 out of 4 models brakes not brake equally & 2 ESC's not work on arrival. Occasionally, some landing gear are intermittent, extending, or retracting. I have showed all these things in my videos:) Overall the airframe is excellent!
If you look at the front of the door, it has an angle on the door that faces the front of the airplane... The rushing air from the nose of the plane across the bottom towards the rear is packing underneath that angle, causing high pressure under the door. If the hump in the door pulls the door open from low pressure. This also could be happening..
I believe it could be both low pressure and high pressure working together to create the problem.. It's really bad engineering of the landing gear mechanism..
The door closing mechanism,
(the servo) should have been engineered to the front of the door and not the back, pulling on the door.. But the magnets serve a valuable purpose..
