Qalaba yaqlubu uqlub
To change the direction of something, could be up to down or rigjt to left or inside to out...
Go to page number:
You can use verb ذهب or انتقل
Intaqala yantaqilu intaqil
To move from place to place
اِنْتَقَلَ يَنْتَقِلُ اِنْتَقِلْ
Example:
اِنْتَقَلَ مِن المَدينَة إلى القَريَة.
He moved from the city to the village.
اِذْهَبْ / اِنْتَقِلْ إلى الصَّفْحَةِ رقم ٣ في كتاب اللغة العربيّة.
Idh-hab / intaqil ila aşşafHati raqm 3 fee kitaabi allighati al'arabiyyah.

سورة العنكبوت
يُعَذِّبُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَيَرْحَمُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ ۖ وَإِلَيْهِ تُقْلَبُونَ ﴿٢١﴾
Surah al-'Ankabut
21. He punishes whom He wills, and He shows mercy to whom He wills. And to Him, you will be restored.
تُقْلَبُونَ will be turned back or restored to, in the passive voice here
