I think the heat-sinks are too small.
This particular soldering station is sold by different manufacturers with either a 110 volts power supply or 220 volts power supply or a dual voltage power supply (110 and 220 volts).
But i have irf 7241 ic number is it support ??

I have the opposite problem. It heats up very little. At the set temperature of 450, it heats somewhere at a maximum of 250. Calibration does not help. Any thoughts?
How do you calibrate? I have a T12 D+ from 2024 and the calibration method described in the manual does not work.

What are causes of all these board failures in the OSS Team soldering stations? Is it that the boards are not designed to work on both 110 volts and 220 volts? It seems to be the same power supply board used in all their soldering stations.
If worked on high temperature in soldering station there are chances of board failure..
same board works for both the volts only if 110/220v Ac is converted to Dc 24v 5 amps..
