That’s the beauty in there work they put it out knowing it won’t click with everyone. There work forces you to dig deeper and a lot of times research certain bars to understand the reference. Once I put in the work to understand the song it clicked right away. When he says I’ve been spelling, that’s his interpretation of rapping. He’s referred to it as “casting spells” when you understand what is it to cast a spelling. Than everything starts to click. When he says I’ve been spelling what he’s really saying is he’s casting spells. When your casting a spell it means your trying to enchant that person or thing using magic or charm and that’s exactly what Elucid does with his words because once you understand or have an understanding of what he’s actually saying it’s a special and enchanting moment.🤯
