Thank you sir, i have no words to praise for your teaching. i have been trying to learn OS from several books, but sir i must say that no book has taught me that much as your tutorial taught me in just few hours. really hats off to you sir.

Sir Please explain this example Consider the requests from processes in given order 300K, 25K, 125K and 50K. Let there be two blocks of memory available of size 150K followed by a block size 350K. Which of the following partition allocation schemes can satisfy above requests? A) Best fit but not first fit. B) First fit but not best fit. C) Both First fit & Best fit. D) neither first fit nor best fit.
Sir, while doing worst fit, if P4 has requirement of (suppose) 249 and P3's requirement can't be satisfied. what will happen in that case, will P4 allocated or P4 will be allocated only after P3 is allocated?? Can you help??
suppose there are 200 units of memory remaining(fixed size partition) and that is divided into smaller partitions. now more than one process can't be allocated because of their size being greater than the smaller partitions but less or equal to 200 units. in that case what will be total external fragmentation?
thank you sir for ur explanation.....can u please provide us with ur notes....u see i m from a clg where u can get marks on the basis of sheets u filled up....so need ur support there ..!!!
Hi Ankur, thank you so much for your support, we totally understand your point, but unfortunately we do not provide notes brother, and if your concepts are clear, filling sheets wont be difficult.
what if in worst fit after 468 request there is 200 unit request?? what will be external fragmentation in this case? and what will happen? will process terminated by os??
sir in previous vid in best fit there is internal fragmentation but at 2:55 and 15:50 you r saying that there is no internal fragmentation in var. size patitioning

Sir, as you said external fragmentation size depends on process vector. Doesnt the internal fragmentation depends on the process vector?
Thanks a lot sir for these videos

Thanks a lot sir. Really great video
Hats Off...😊😊
Sir, while doing worst fit, if P4 has requirement of (suppose) 249 and P3's requirement can't be satisfied.

Can you help??
Thankyou very much!
Ek NO
Is that defragmentation you talked abt called as compaction, sir?
please make playlist on compiler design...
In worst fit case, what will be the external fragmentation(468 or 491) if the total memory space left is less than their sum(959)??
u r too good sir
thank u sir for making my request true i.e fast uploading of your videos.
Wow sir nice explanation. make my preparation well :)
Can we have the video on paging soon? I have exam this week.
Why cant we allocate process in internal fragmentation.Spaces wasted in external allocation is 491 k in first fit. Yes or No
Excellent
brilliant sir..

Sir...💕 Too gud...
What is meaning of contiguous. Explain please with example
thnks sir finally i got it
If the memory block is equally fixed partion, in this case what will be more effective among these algo??
