Or maybe a "Day in the Life of (Name of Doll)" type of video? Like Bratz Jade cooking and eating a miniature meal, preparing her bag to go to school, doing her makeup, etc.
I also like the Shopkins ones over the Mini Brands. The Mini bags were disappointing considering I believe they are far more expensive then the Shopkins. The surprises were not the greatest either compared to the cute food figures!
I think you would like the Channel from NerdEcrafter (I hope I wrote that right). I found her a few months ago and she loves crafting as much as you do. Maybe you should check her out😄.
Honestly, for what you probably paid for the first one, it is really anti-climatic. Obviously aimed at children, but the material is so cheap and borderline effortless on their part. Still a cute video though!

Some of the miniature bags actually do come with real miniature makeup that you can actually use! It’s a little body shimmer if I’m not mistaken!
