I would also like to clarify that, although Education is important, but for being a prime minister the most important thing is honesty. I support for Dr L.S for his vision and inspiring speech. He debates in polite manner, however Tsoktso Penpa Tsering La talk was Impolite and straight attacking Dr L.S, e.g. Asking how many number. If you are going for debate if you have do your homework by saying exact number. I felt uncomfortable even when I was in my room when he ask about number. He is a present Sikyong, atleast ask question with respect. He said " Tibetan are resigning from job because of Dr l.S administration" I can't digest this at all. I also would like to add here that the CTA should encourage Tibetan population expansion. I Believe the number of Tibetan population is decreasing. Even though it is good to have monasteries built in India, yet we have to move with time and Change. Tibet needs manpower of its own patritotic people, and we would need hands to build economy, protect sovereignty and regional integrity. The proportion of monks and nuns to general public is not too much..so, Pease donot encourage Tibetan people to be monks and nuns..we have to live in a modern world, looking at the modern economic development, innovation, science, technologies, equipments, armed forces as a nation in the future...thus, CTA must work on all these arenas if we want to win our country back and keep it , protect it, and flourish and thrive..we have to change according to the time, situation according to the rest of the 🌎..thanks

If you are going for debate if you have do your homework by saying exact number.
I felt uncomfortable even when I was in my room when he ask about number. He is a present Sikyong, atleast ask question with respect.
He said " Tibetan are resigning from job because of Dr l.S administration" I can't digest this at all. He is making issue by listening to few Tibetans, and not taking place name and which department they used to work.
b) He said that tibetans in moncot settlement are complaining about their kids education, Its not only CTA education department, its lack parent responsibility. because other tibetan shichak are happy about their kids education.
c) I noticed that so many tibetan youth were connected to Tibetan Government in exile since Dr L.S became P.M. So I don't know What Tsoktso Pempa Tsering La is Talking about. Tibetan youth already connected so he can say he improve connection quality.
On body language part or Non Verbal communication, I noticed Dr l.S has positive vibes and powerful presentation skill and confidence. Tsoktso Penpa Tsering la suited for very perfect assistance which will help to resolve our cause.
End of the debate, It was Sikyong Dr L.S who came toward Penpa Tsering and shook hand.
Whose brain is more resourceful ?Tibetan are in need of visionary, brainy, inspiring , internationally experienced, confident leader who could win people's trust and respect. No political leaders are perfect.Being human there is always weakness. But got to choose the better one. To solve the issue of a country like Tibet we need leader who could face international experts, politicians, leaders and win their trust and confidence, thereby country move ahead. Oh!!! My god LS talk more than his action! He doesn't have limit for fool his own supports! Being smart just become only ego and disturbing and make confuse people, is his dignity!! I don't know how to respect him! I don't hate him. But he can be good business man and just account number or money. I also would like to add here that the CTA should encourage Tibetan population expansion. I Believe the number of Tibetan population is decreasing. Even though it is good to have monasteries built in India, yet we have to move with time and Change. Tibet needs manpower of its own patritotic people, and we would need hands to build economy, protect sovereignty and regional integrity. The proportion of monks and nuns to general public is not too much..so, Pease donot encourage Tibetan people to be monks and nuns..we have to live in a modern world, looking at the modern economic development, innovation, science, technologies, equipments, armed forces as a nation in the future...thus, CTA must work on all these arenas if we want to win our country back and keep it , protect it, and flourish and thrive..we have to change according to the time, situation according to the rest of the 🌎..thanks
or maybe you guys should modernise the monkhood, let who goes to monk school adapt in according to indian(any other nations ) education systmem and let them have access and choices to all modern curriculum and oppertunities along side buddhist studies, not only will sustain the monkhood but it will strengthen and transform whole society, coming from non-tibetan, best wishes to you people.

The same can not be claimed by people holding high office trying to influence the outcome by playing Tibetan people as fools for personal gain depending on the outcome.
It seems very much like a calculated betrayal of the trust by Dicki Chhoyang La, and the worst political mistake by Lobsang Sangay La for appointing such a person as a Kalon.
