Definitely overpriced, but like you said very nice gloves. Big thing is there’s manufacturers in Mexico that essentially make the same glove at a much more affordable price point. You’re more or less paying for the Grant name when you get these gloves. To each their own. 🤙🏽
Every glove nowadays is overpriced. Reyes has absurdly raise their prices by 50% in the last couple years. Ridiculous and their padding ain’t that great
Just received my Boxeo TM HHF that I learned about from you Carlo! They are beautiful and so well made, I can't imagine a glove over twice the price being twice the quality. Those Grants do look the business though.
I LOVE THEM, they are incredible.as for the bandages on the training glove, you don't need too many bandages to protect ,the punting of the glove he has that role (the professional glove it's something else, because the glove doesn't have much padding to protect you). I think it's worth to see the LEONE ORLANDO TRICOLORE.
"Terence Crawford is on the cusp of a highly anticipated bout against Israil Madrimov at the BMO Stadium in Los Angeles, but a significant issue has surfaced that could potentially disrupt his game plan. According to a tweet from ESPN’s Mike Coppinger, Crawford’s team expressed concerns regarding the Grant gloves that Madrimov was set to use for the fight. Even though the California Boxing Commission inspected and approved these gloves, complications arose shortly thereafter. As Crawford went through his warm-up routine, he agreed to use the same Grant gloves in order to ensure consistency. However, issues quickly became apparent when the gloves began to split at the seams during his pad work. This malfunction not only caused an unexpected delay in Crawford’s warm-up but also raised questions about the integrity of the equipment."
Stop with the bullshit. The Everlast gloves Bud uses were visibly falling apart during the fight against David Avanesyan. Everlast must be paying Crawford some good money to use their garbage and talk down on Grant gloves, lol.
I'm excited to see the comparison videos with the other top gloves in the market! Those vids are going to be the benchmark for us looking to buy gloves. Ty, Carlo!
The Bayoneta HH hook and loop before they added the logo on the glove are the best pair of gloves I've ever used. I sold my Winnings after I got those. If Bayoneta's quality has remained consistent since then I feel they are at least 99% as good as Grants (although I would love to try Grants one day)
I use my Bayoneta PUL HH gloves for all around training on bags and they’re really nice. I can use them as a bag/mitt glove or as a light sparring glove. They’re 14oz (maybe more like 15oz, I here mexican gloves come heavy).
Hello cool review on the gloves! For the next video would mind if I sugget the BLegend lace up boxing gloves? They are another thai brand that is around the 50-70 dollar range when including shipping. I'm particularly curious about their BGLLP models but there is a lack of reviews on it. Their gloves are marketed by having 3 layers of high density foam and the construction of the glove is pure microfiber leather. It can be purchased from the super export shop
Can you weigh them out? Because the velcro type adds alot of weight, the 12oz velcro weigh 14.95oz Just curious if the lace version are more true to weight
I dont get this sentiment of not using something because of the price. Youve paid the money, to me its about wether you use them and make your moneys worth or not use them and have basically wasted your money.
@albertosamaniego2476 I agree 👍 💯 It was a joke. Especially about the part of an American based company, but manufacturer in Mexico 🇲🇽 and taking the Mexican style gloves. Winnings and Reyes are my go-to. Reyes will always be the original to me for Mexican gloves.
Grant are good gloves, but they are overpriced

@@csquaredboxingnew sporting use to make gloves for grant and buka too
@ yup, Hernandez used to make for them as well
@@csquaredboxingwhat alternatives are there for Grant?
Can't deny that they look damn good.

Those are some badass gloves

Been waiting to see a review of the new grant training gloves
I think it would be interesting to compare them to the Badass gloves you reviewed.

thank you for your review. How do they compare to Reyes?
Great looking gloves. I would like to see them being sold at boxing venues especially national tournaments. ✝️🇺🇸🥊Coach Mando from the Alamo City.
The thing I hate about emailing them is they never respond. So it's a good thing that their ebay store is available.
Oh for real the be responding when I email them
16 oz of these gloves are huge if you’re going to use them for sparring 14oz maybe 12oz
I'm getting these in 12oz.. Expecting them to come in at 14/15 🤣
@ 😂 grants are huge gloves bro lol they’re mostly used for defense as opposed to to just hand protection.
Compare it to the new sporting 2/b training gloves.
Don’t expose them 😂
@ oh 😂😂
@@deoxis51The truth needs to be told.
Ey we need this video bro 🤣
The shape of those Grants look similar to my Torres Medina gloves

Just curious if the lace version are more true to weight
Grant Gloves are crazy beatiful. Sexiest glove in the market.
How do they feel compared to orthopedic padding version? Do you know?
@ I have the ortho padding and they definitely feel harder compared to the regular models
What is the best glove for 100 or under in your opinion?
Who makes their gloves?
How long did it take for the stock colour-way to arrive?
Have a pair of custom 18ounce grants. $700😞…worth it kinda. Could be better but no real complaints
Between my Grants, Cleto Reyes, Winnings…hands down winning WINS in comfort and quality!!!
What are good budget gloves
In terms of size and shape, are Boxeo TM's similar to these?
Yes very similar
Uhhh at minute 5, when he has them side by side, they look uneven. Is no one seriously going to notice that?
I know your wallet is still crying from that purchase :D
Where do you buy?
From Target
For training: Grant or Winning?
With Winning gloves, you can knock people out in the gym, and they won’t have a problem, lol.
Pick Winning imo
I dont get this sentiment of not using something because of the price. Youve paid the money, to me its about wether you use them and make your moneys worth or not use them and have basically wasted your money.
These compare to the ham horse hair?
Hit n move lol not ham haha
@@austinchou6041 I was like... what? lmao
Do they make them is 16oz
Yes
Need need need
They’re a 200 to 250 dollar glove. But $500 plus? Yeah sure. For a latex padded glove? Sure lol
Sheesh 500
The greatest boxing gloves ever ! Elvis Grant! American Company Grant gloves but made in Mexico 🇲🇽. I'll take Grant's over Winning and Reyes any day.
LOL grant is overrated, winning is the best training glove and cleto are one of the best, maybe the best puncher gloves

@@elchurro7540 Ever heard of /s?
Lol $600+ for hook and loop. Hard pass over a decade ago, still a hard pass now.
If you take off the logo it's not worth anything
