IMHO, T10 is actually one of the best tanks that comes in stock. Dude have literally everything: good speed as heavy, 2 14.5 KPVT MGs and one of the best shell type in the game, so i think it's better then any stock MBT. Soviet power supreme
I love how when he starts researching ESS he already has it in the next clip, and showing that he buys it after that. Not to mention the fact that the grind is not painful at all, he researches useless modifications to make the grind longer (why would you prefer tracks over brakes or adjustment of fire and why would you prefer brakes over adjustment of fire) Kinda weird order of research I'd say Almost seems like its a little bit fake It becomes obvious when he researches SUSPENSION while having a STABILIZER. And after that instead of finishing the line off with adjustment of fire to get the rp bonus he goes for filters like, why?
Tracks are one of the most important upgrades imo and from my experience. Id rather not need 3 engine revs to do a 180 turn. Its painful as hell like that to turn that damn steel coffin around, on pretty much any tank. Especially the ones on the slower side. Personally after fpe parts and tracks i wouldve gunned it straight for all engine power upgrades and then crew replacement after. (How i did it for all tanks if i can ignore ammo and smokes)
on the T-10M I went in this order for upgrades, Parts + FPE - Adjustment of fire - Elevation Mechanism - Tracks - Horizontal Drive - Crew replenishment - APDS 3BM-11( Ignored) - Smoke Grenade - Filters - HEAT-FS 3BK-9 - Engine - Transmission - Filter - Suspension - Break system - ESS SteelGuru's order was... very odd... they got the modifications that didnt really matter first or ones that didnt make sense to unlock yet or wasting RP on parts that didnt need to be on the tank till last.

Then IS-5 Then Renamed to IS-8 Then IS-9 Then IS-10 And when production started and the tank was accepted into active service stalin was already dead so "IS" (Iosif Stalin) was renamed finally to T-10.... Since 1944, there were several IS tanks in development at the same time - IS3, IS4, IS5 (First "Object ....") IS6, IS7.... So there is a lot of confusion.. yes
The Stock round is the best one, you’ll only ever want to use the HEATFS against stuff like T-54s and T-55s, other than that the BR-471 is literally the best round, I used the T-10A to grind out much of the Soviet Tech Tree
T10m isn’t bad even stock , beside the absence of the repair kit you can bear it , personally I didn’t enjoy the sabot on it and used the AP because it seemed more effective or HEAT-FS
Honestly beyond it being fun to play the only other reason I love the thing is because of the coax and Pintle 14.5s (god I fucking love the Soviet 14.5)
dont use sabot lol only bring a few sabot and aphe you dont need to worry about the HE shells if you hit light tanks in the breech or engine area it should overpressure still
Was thinking same the filler is best round I don't get why people use APDS it's DMG is bad and on this tank for reload is so bad. It's not like APDS on fast ROF tanks that it works

Exactly what I was thinking, I was wondering why Steel brough 20+ APDS shells like... huh? APHE should always be your MAIN SHELL on the T-10M and bring maybe 5 - 8 HEAT-FS shells
My man really went out if his way to use heatfs and apds, just to suffer more, when the best shell avialable already was unlocked stock ☠ Why would you want to trade oneshots for more pen with such a humungous reload. Especially considering the aphe's superb angled pen. When i used to play i only brought 3 heatfs in case i encountered things like a t28 maus t95 etc. So i wont have to aim for pixel perfect weakspots. Other than that this things aphe wont struggle at all really Hell i even used the t10m in my 1+ br loadout. Its mobile enough oneshots and has a stab. What more could you want appart from a smaller profile and faster reload ) Thing was one of my all time fav's to play. I even still brought the is2 1944 to 8.0. Still got decent mobility superb reverse gear and that ole boomstick. The only thing i absolutely hated about the t10m was its atrocious reverse gear downgrade to -10kph

Key words "breech" and "engine". If you miss the round will go right through lightly armored vehicles without doing jacksjit.
