I also used to work in quality assurance for a well-known retailer, and the sleeve measurements for plus-sized garments were insane! Big women usually do not have long arms!

Hobbii has a pattern called the Horizon Cardigan going from XS to 5XL that is done by measurements instead of counting rows... I found that helpful because it doesn't matter what yarn or hook size you use. (They also have a children's version!) They are both free patterns. I used their pattern with your original video to make my Hexi cardigans. Can't wait for your pattern!
