    As far as the USDA is concerned, it’s real simple. The 1st thing I say to them is something along the lines of “how can we do better.” I don’t let them tell me what I’m doing wrong before letting them know that our top priority is to work with them as partners.
    The gal who usually comes here pulled up with a tire going flat, boom, we pulled her tire off and plug patched it before she was done making her rounds. They are just people like us.

    What a poor audience!
    Instead of shutting up and listening to what the speaker had to say and learning something everyone has to sit and listen to some really inane and pointless questions from them.
    If you attend a talk have the courtesy of letting the speaker speak with the occasional interruption and save the questions for the end. It isn’t a Q&A
    Upvote for the speaker through for putting up with them.
