Also fantastic customer service just 2 or 3 days ago they restored my unit and sent me a video to watch to properly maintain and inform me on how to take care of it going forward!! That’s awesome and I appreciated the time they took out to help me !!!

Thank you for sharing this information on washing the clips in the right way. I do use shampoo and conditioner only but not the clearfine shampoo.
