German drinking age: 16 years for beer, wine, sparkling wine and cider - 18 years for "hard" liquor like whisk(e)y, vodka etc. If you are 14 or 15 years old, you can have a beer or some wine when accompanied by your parents, e.g. in a restaurant, but you can't buy alcohol or drink unaccompanied.
Actually, 16 isn't the legal *drinking* age but legal *purchase* age. Legally children are allowed to drink light alcohol from the age of 14 on if their parents agree.
The trespassing thing is really different here in Germany. When I walk or bike then I can usually use every path I like. It´s not meant that you should open a gate or jump over the fence of a house, but you can walk across a pasture area, farm area, even if there is a fence for the animals. There usually are gates you may open and maybe there is a sign that reminds you to properly close the gate (for the cows not to escape) and that you should put your dog on the leash. This is especially true when walking in the alps. You won´t get any problems as long as you don´t litter or destroy anything. If you see someone, greet, be friendly .. just normal behaviour as with your next neighbour. No gun, no knife, no weapons at all. I would miss this freedom.
If you break out of jail the attempt of outbreaking is not punished, but in case you destroy anything while outbreaking, this will be punished! Or if you hurt someone, it also will be punished. And it is very hard to break out without either destroying some window bars or hurting a prison guard. That said.... it is really ONLY the outbreak which counts as legal and not the "shards" that may arise in connection with that.
There are videos by Feli from Germany and Nalf on the topic of alcohol drinking in Germany. Have a look. On the insurance thing when on someone's land: we have those signs saying "Betreten auf eigene Gefahr" - which means something on the lines of "Entering on your own responsibility". With this sign at the entry of the property, the owner is basically safe from any payments for broken ankles. It's the law.
Entering other people's properties is of course not generally permitted. There are differences. For example, I am not allowed to enter an agricultural field without permission, but I am allowed to enter the dirt path between the fields. I am not allowed to enter any private property without permission that has a house, garage, stable or industrial hall on it. However, I am allowed to enter a private forest without permission, but I am not allowed to collect mushrooms without permission. There are even more examples!

And if there is a fence etc. you are not allowed to climb it. But if there is a private path or road like there is on farmland or in forests you can use it. There are gates, but the gates are often constructed in a way to allow people on foot to pass, but vehicles can only pass if they got a key to the gate. And then there is the right for access, whenever private land denies access to something publicly owned or without ownership the land owner has to create/allow access ... so buying all land around something you dont own doesnt give you the right to deny people access to whatever your land encloses.

When I was in school, we took a week-long school-trip in grade 10, when most of us were 16. On one evening, we had a wine tasting, where a sommelier was invited. I was the youngest and the only one who was 15, so very embarrassingly, I was the only one who needed a signature from her mom. lol. There were a lot of soft drinks too of course and no one was forced to drink alcohol, and also a lot of pretzels, cheese, grapes, chocolate and gummies. But we tasted several kinds of white, rosé and red wine, learned what you would serve them with, what's a desert wine, what regions they came from, what's important for growing good wine, what glasses to use for what kind of wine and how to swish it around in your mouth to taste the different aromas. We even had to make notes for each wine on paper and decide on our favourite one. Mine was Silvaner from Frankonia. :D

Drinking in public (and most of this „crazy“ other issues in this video) has nothing to do with Germany! It’s the other way around: To be forbidden to drink alcohol in public (and the other issues) has something to do with the US! Don’t know why you Americans often can’t look over the edge!? 🤷🏼♂️
To be fair, it’s by far not only in the US. Seemingly, sometimes "even" we Europeans seem to lack a proper view over the edge, too 😉 In many muslim countries, it‘s not a good idea to drink alcohol in public. To break free from prison is illegal in many if not most countries around the world. While other countries do have roads without any speed limits, too, those are mostly not built for speeding up much, so our Autobahn really is unique. In pretty much every country I have been to there were things that stunned me. That doesn‘t mean I can‘t look over the edge. On the contrary, it means that I do look over the edge - and am stunned. That’s the way it should be in my opinion. Let‘s stay humble, open and curious, make new experiences and learn from each other.
Nope, Its mot only a naturel human zhing to want to be free, its natural gor animals too, cos they feel the same like we can feel & they have a soul ,feel psin & sadnass when others die !too same like us , there is no different between animals & us (the only different is that we are much more evil cos our coraption making wars, wanna have more and more without no respect for other lnature livies) !!!
USA is the land of the free without freedom! The freedom to roam includes the right, that you can take anything that grows by nature. Berries and mushrooms you can take. We also can drive as fast as it safe. But there is an indirect speed limit 😢 if the car producers have a competition, who has the fastest family limousine. Where would this end? It makes no sense. Mercedes, Audi an BMW made a gentlemens agreement. All normal cars are limited at 250 kilometers per hour. Faster cars need another aerodinamik, downforce, suspension and brakes. Only real sportscars are not limited. When i drive with my SLK it makes no sense to put the pedal to the metal. At 250 the limiter works, thats ok because the Audis and BMWs are not faster 😂 You need a Porsche if you want go faster.
yes, at 16 you can buy and drink beer and wine yourself and at 18 you can drink stronger alcohol such as spirits. But you can legally drink alcohol with your parents or grandparents before 16. When I was 10, I went to a schnapps and liqueur tasting with my grandma to choose the right one for the guests for her 80th birthday. In a liquor shop
The alcohol in the chocolate is cooked and the alcohol turns into gas way faster, so there is almost no measurable alcohol in most sweets, but the taste of rum…. Stays. There r a few with little alcohol
Sorry, no. Alcohol in chocolate is not cooked. Also in many cakes the alcohol is added after baking or added in the creams. So it has the full "power"!
Beide falsch.

the real question is how can you guys let 16 years old drive a car? you can not only kill yourself with it but alot of other people with you. A Car is basicly a very dangerous weapon if not used correctly and i asume that a 16 years old is not mentaly ready to do that. There are still more than enough excidents with young drivers here where its allowed at 18 😮💨😒
The worst problem for a 16 year old driving a car in germany is
... driving without driving license.
Regular legal age for car driving license is 18.
@@stepfathermonk4691 Yeah thats what i wrote in my last sentence 😉✌️
Sollte nicht nur querlesen.
grandmas in germany eat a lot of alcohol filled chocolate , i think "mon cherry got a some 40 % brandy in it, you eat that box and youre drunk, but u dont look like a hobo. na get some cake and get drunk to ! granny eating some sweets and talking angree shit !

Seemingly, sometimes "even" we Europeans seem to lack a proper view over the edge, too 😉
In many muslim countries, it‘s not a good idea to drink alcohol in public.
You guys do drink in public as well, the paper around the bottle does not change anything, if you are honest to yourselves...
yes, at 16 you can buy and drink beer and wine yourself and at 18 you can drink stronger alcohol such as spirits.
