There was the time he traumatized Kermit (or possibly Kermit's brother? I don't remember) when he removed his head thing. He could just do that permanently and traumatize everyone.
He ate entire cities worth of people, was going to blow up the planet if nobody could beat him in a tournament, and then when he realized he was losing tried to blow it up anyways.
Such tiny acts of evil eventually add up and become a BIG DIABOLICAL EVIL PLAN.
