2 years ago I took antidepressant clonazepam 0.25 mg and 5 mg Escitalopram for 3 months ...after 3 months I stopped them and after stopping them I am getting erection on thinking about sex or watching porn ! But when I try to touch a girl body...I feel no warm feeling from girl's body ! What is this ? Why I am getting arousal self but no arousal no feeling no pleasure on touching girls body ?? I do hand practice with full enjoy full orgasm ! Besides it...when a girl touch n suck my penis I feel full enjoy and orgasm but when I try to touch her body...feel nothing 😢😢😢is it pssd ?

I took fluvoxamine 25 mg for just 7 days and landed in PSSD. It’s been 9 months now. Still no recovery. I think many ppl are not able to realise that they are affected by SSRI’s. There maybe improvement overtime but I don’t think there will be complete recovery to the previous state. I feel like keeping a case on SSRI’s. These have permanently castrated me

Fluvoxamine very good compared on other ssri. Otherwise try bupron xl 150 or vilodon 20 or voxetine 10 mg daily once good for ur depression

Sir i took deproxet which is an ssri for 40 days and than stopped due to sexual dysfunction and than sexual dysfunction recover in around 10 days. And than again i started it for 4 months and than stopped. Now after 1and half month i am still facing premature ejaculation and erection problem. Pls suggest if it is ever going to be fine or not and also my desires have resuced.

@@AkhileshMaurya-xyz no. Its been around 8 months. Now i have tried saffron which i think enhance sexual desire but not to a significant extent. Now having hope with wellbutrin. Will try and see if it works as it will act on dopamine and norepinephrine.

These cases are just tip of the iceberg. Me too suffering since 5 years.
1.4 years ago I took Escitalopram 10 mg and clonazepam 0.5 mg for 3 months and then stopped ! After stopping them....when I did sex I didn't feel any excitement when I touched girls body ! When girl touched my penis and suck it in her mouth I felt full pleasure Erection excitement and when I do masturbation I feel full pleasure Erection excitement and orgasm but when I try to touch n press girls body I feel nothing.... totally numbness ! In absence of other comorbid conditions like diabetes, Yes, PSSD is a reversible condition.

Kuchh cases me misdiagnosis ho rha hai, par sahi tarah se differentiate karna mushkil hai kyunki har patient ki condition alag hoti hai.. Isliye PSSD ek valid condition hai
