Marie I know you had to be tired when all of that was done. You may have clutter, anybody does with kids. But I have never seen your house dirty. There is a big difference. You go girl. I think your children will be great examples of you going out in the world. I also think they will do you proud. I love your videos. I will miss not seeing two, but I totally understand.
Put a nice patterned vinyl wrap on your vanity table top - I did this and it has completely transformed it ❤
Since we moved I've been doing 1 load of laundry a day as well as putting it away within 2 days of washing and I realize it definitely helps me and my brain feeling less discombobulated with chaos.

I agree about the toilet wand vs a regular toilet brush. I had been using the toilet wands and I didn’t find it was cleaning all that good so I switched back to toilet bowl cleaner and a regular toilet brush and I find a major difference! Sooooo much better!
It's completely understandable that you can only do one video a week while school is out. You need to do what's best for you and your family. We that are parents understand. I don't know how you keep up with it all on your own. I had one kid, and I worked a 10-hour shift plus all the day to day things we needed to do, and it was rough at times. Husbands aren't always the most reliable in helping. Lol. I think I like a mix of music and talking but it isn't necessary for you to talk when its harder for you to do so. I hope you and your family have a great summer. 🏊🏊♀️

Actually growing up in our Country home in PA we had Vintage carpet's throughout the house. The areas that did not I remember our mom washing floors on her hands and knees. Being the youngest of 10 majority of her cleaning was done while we were at school or work. I use an OCedar too and I love it. Of course use different cleaning rags for different cleaning jobs. Thanks for your tips and ideas. NOLAN AND JACKSON LOOK LIKE TWINS THEY LOOK SO MUCH ALIKE. TOO CUTE.

I know that you have limited time on your hands for the summer so I’m good with just one video a week. 😊 I like that you separate adult movies from children’s because I feel like kids wouldn’t be able to tell the difference. I know when I was a kid I didn’t know what rated r or pre g 13 meant until I got older. 😅 When keeping our homes clean, We always have to use what we have on hand already. 😊

Growing uo our kitchen was pretty small and lacking cupboards. My mom would keep all bread and potato chips in the microwave. It was such a pain moving it all out and put back to use the microwave lol. Cant wait to see the pool. We are in Alabama and been trying to talk my husband into one.

Completely understandable going to one video a week during summer break! This is going to be my first summer home with the boys since 2019 since I always worked and never got to spend summers with them. I’m excited but anxious lol I know it’s going to be busy busy busy! My laundry is piled up from surgery so I needed this to watch while I finally can get it folded! ❤
Summers are crazy around here! But they will remember all the fun and not the laundry or messy house. Haha. Have fun!!

It is all good. Having kids home takes time and they come first. Once a week is alright. I just got new floors in and was cleaning them and my living room while watching ya. My 2 year old is all over the place. You have a lovely week and we shall see ya next week.

If you are into the cottage decor you can do white, a light blue, light green or even a light yellow for the consol table. The good thing about the cottage decor is a lot of things can be tied.

I so needed this today! My house is completely trashed! I feel like I’m running back & forth between the living room and kitchen too! And to top it all off, my husband mowed yesterday so there’s grass literally dragged throughout my house thanks to my littles 😅 I’m cleaning right along with you today! Thabk you for this video/motivation! I laughed out loud twice- you gave feedback/advice on 2 things I have thought of lately (no joke!) The toilet brush- I have been considering switching, but you are right about how the brushes really scrub. And I have been back and forth on mops- have a bissel spin, but that's a little more of a time commitment and a swiffer 😅, and have been back and forth on the Ocedar. Thank you for your recommendation/chat about the mop!

I understand why you clean up after your kids in the summer ! They're outside and you got the house to yourself no crying no fighting. It's just quite. And there was no way I was going to bring that back in !! They're have fun and I'm in peace. Just easier to do it yourself. In the winter They're inside anyway so let them help. 😊
I have noticed that many channels are not using music as much. The ones that do the comments complain. Just what I have noticed
When I was little my dad had a 300zx I believe it was called! A 2 seater car! My grandma watched us while they went on vacation! My grandma was driving and my brother was in the front seat & I was lying down in the back holding on! No car seat or seatbelt! I would never let my kids drive like that now! My 11 year old son is tiny and still in a high back booster seat! My daughters are 8 & 7 and still in a 5 point harness car seat!
Oh gosh, I think the evolution of carseats and car safety is so crazy lol.

I am the same way in regards to the home temp Day vs Night and i too recently started to hate a flat sheet I need my covers to be perfect when i sleep and that flat sheet is a problem, I really would prefer to have my own separate covers from my husband but that's just too much to deal with.

How long does Ur kids get of for their summer break. R schools closed for summer at end of June until the start of September which is around,8 weeks xx
They get out at the end of May and go back the beginning of August. So, about 2 months. It never seems long though.

You asked what one thing will you not use/do in your home. I don’t use sponges. I feel like they are riddled with bacteria and germs. I do have a scrub daddy in my sink that is used only for scrubbing the sink. I would never use that sponge to wash my dishes, clean countertops, the table etc. I buy throw away cleaning towels for the kitchen and bathroom.
I use paper towels for the bathroom toilets and rags for counter tops/tables. I can see how a sponge could have bacteria. I soak my sponges in hot soapy water to clean it. 😊
I put my sponges in dishwasher.

If there is anything nasty on the bathroom floors, I wipe it up with paper towels first. ♡

To answer your question, I won’t put bleach in the water I soak/wash my dishes in. 😵💫 I’ve seen that done several times on reels/stories. That’s a no from me, dawg. 😂

This has nothing to do with cleaning but , what drives me absolutely crazy is my husband will wash with the same wash cloth for two or three days I’ve told him several times that once they dry hard as rock you have all those germs in them and it needs to go to the dirty clothes and he does the same thing with his towel . Does anyone else have these problem with there husband ? He says it saves on having to wash clothes all the time
Well I don't see it any different than using a loofah, lol.. and we reuse bath towels 2-3x.

I’ve seen a couple UA-camrs use the same sponge they use to wash their dishes on their animal dishes. Gross!
This is gross!! My mother would pour bleach in the toilet after she cleaned it and would freaking mop the floors. I always thought that was the grosses thing ever. 🤮

I see so many UA-cam videos where they clean the sink with the same sponge they wash dishes with. Totally grosses me out.
I talked to my husband about someone saying this and we disagree. 🤣 The sponge gets washed in the dishwasher and soaks in hot soapy water in the sink. It gets cleaned, so if it's not cleaning your dishes, then it's not cleaning your sink either. Lol
No I have seen them clean the sink out to hand wash dishes and use the same sponge. I have a separate sponge I keep under the sink to clean my sink.
