    WOW!!! Such an amazing hotel! The view from everywhere is spectacular. It looks like having breakfast from the sky and look down to the world. The night scene with all lights is just unreal. Batman car is there too? Cool! You're really lucky 😊

      It really felt like having breakfast in the sky, it was so fantastic. The car museum was also a very cool thing to see inside a hotel. I'm so happy I was able to stay there

    Hello Brian
    May I know what’s the COVID restrictions there

    • @roccabrian

      Hi Niharika,
      When I was there in December a mask was mandatory indoors and I had to show the vaccination proof at restaurants and hotels (also to visit Expo 2020). I don't think rules have changed much in the past 3 months. For travelling to Dubai, the requirements depend from the Country you are flying from. You can check all the details on the Emirates website

    Did you try the "All you can eat 79 AED" buffé?

    Looks quality. Can you tell me, does the pool get sun all day or does it get blocked at any point from the buildings?

    • @roccabrian
      @roccabrian  2 роки тому

      It's great hotel in a perfect location close to everything. The sun, especially in the summer, is very high the whole day and it doesn't get blocked by other buildings. I was there in the winter and even then I can't remember seeing shadows over the pool, just close to sunset time when the sun starts to get lower

    Hi, I'll be there soon. I have breakfast included, can it be taken at the top?

    • @roccabrian
      @roccabrian  2 роки тому +1

      Hi Pedro, that's awesome. The breakfast you have included is the buffet on the first floor and you have to eat it there. If you want to have breakfast at the top you have to pay extra for it, there's a menu and you order like in a normal restaurant and pay directly there (the same for the evening)

      @@roccabrian thanks for the information🙏🙂What is the price of breakfast per person?

    • @roccabrian
      @roccabrian  2 роки тому +1

      It depends on what you order, what I'm eating at the end of the video was about 50AED per person. If you go on the website of the hotel there's a section called "highest view lounge" and there you can read the whole menu (both for breakfast and dinner). If you have any question regarding the hotel or Dubai in general don't hesitate to ask

    What is the cost for breakfast?

    • @roccabrian
      @roccabrian  2 роки тому

      Hi Nathalie, if you mean the buffet breakfast (if it isn't already included in your stay) it's around 47AED per person (prices may change) but if you mean the breakfast you see at the end of the video at the top It depends on what you order, what I'm eating was about 50AED per person. If you go on the website of the hotel there's a section called "highest view lounge" and there you can read the whole menu (both for breakfast and dinner). On their website you should also find cheaper prices when booking your stay and there's written how much it costs exactly. I hope this helped you

    I am hearing a lot of bad reviews about this hotel such as it being a fake luxury and crowded, also waiting time to use elevator is hectic etc.. is this true? May I ask what time of the year you were there?

    • @roccabrian
      @roccabrian  Рік тому +1

      I start by saying that I had a wonderful time at this hotel. I was in love with the view from my room (during the check-in I simply asked if it was possible to get a room facing the Burj Khalifa and they gave it to me without any problems). The buffet breakfast was good and paying extra to try at least once the breakfast at the very top was worth it (same for the dinner, the views are outstanding). I understand what you mean, let's say there's room for improvement and you can't compare it to a luxury hotel/resort which are also much more expensive but for this price range I think it's one of the best. My room was very high in the building and if I had to take the lift during rush hours, it could take a lot before (an empty) lift got to me. I was there in december and at that time there was also the Expo, so it was very crowded. The pool was also great to use and you saw all the services you can find there.
      The main reason why I loved this hotel was the view from my spacious room and its central location, very close to the metro station as well. I hope this helps, for anything don't hesitate to ask me

    How much it cost you to rent in this hotel per night??

    • @roccabrian
      @roccabrian  2 роки тому

      It depends, if you book a lot in advance you can find a basic room for about 280 AED a night. For the exact prices you should check their website (just search for Gevora Hotel Dubai on google) and you can select your dates. Anyways it is cheaper if you book directly on their website.
      They only asked me once arrived to leave a little deposit in case you break something, at the end of you stay you get it back if everything is ok.
