What a lovely blue color! Yeah, I realized recently that maybe waiting a little bit works better for getting the drips in the mica drop- mine also seem to sink a lot when I pour it right away, especially when I use a LOT of mica compared to the resin. I need to do some more experimenting, though.
@ I just finish molding the dice, now time to wait 24Hrs to see the results, I did the wait 15mins to go to that honey feel and the blue still fall through. You said you will fix the D4 with UV light, do you have a tutorial for that ? Wish i could show the dice outcome.
@ the dice failed 😰 The blue colour sank to the bottom even though i let the clear resin settle for 15mins. Looks a little bit cool like a clear ocean with a darker lower part of a ocean. But also the lower number has mini bubbles when ever i coat the lid in resin…will try again later
@ that’s ok, the bubbles might go away with a pressure pot but they can be expensive and I don’t even have one of those the colour might have sunk because maybe a little bit too much was added and Micah powder can be very heavy so a little bit goes a long way there’s a lot of trial and error with this design of dice and even the dice that I made in my video I would still consider a fail because it sank and I wanted more of a wispy smoky type drop the point is you tried and you did a good job and you’re learning from it and that’s important I’m glad you tried
Stunning!❤
Thank you
