If you told me just a year ago Andy Warski would be on a livestream with Legal Mindset and Alex Stein laughing while watching Nick Rekada's career burn... the fukn irony
In the 80s my dad was arrested for drunk driving with me and my sister in the car. The next day when he was bailed out, he never drank another drop. He was sick for a week but he never went to AA or rehab. You have to want to quit.
My theory on open marriage being proposed by one partner or the other - in most cases, the one proposing it has already "opened" the marriage, just one sided.
If you want to draw parallels between Nick and American Beauty, you have to remember it centered around a broken marriage where the wife was cheating. Then the husband turned to illicit substances and started looking to cheat himself. Maybe him raving about that movie was him attempting to cry out for help. Turning to alcohol and drugs like cocaine for their numbing properties isn't exactly new. Living in SoCal, you see this kind of thing a lot. The downward spiral is never pretty. Either way, Rekieta has a lot to atone for. Whether or not he will remains to be seen. For the sake of the kids i hope he does.
Oh, don’t worry he’s going to live stream whether he should or not. He was dumb enough to talk to the police not once but twice. As a lawyer he knows better. As a narcissist he just couldn’t shut up.😂
Yes. Nick paid so he would have no conditions but didn't do the same for his wife. That's the point of saying something about it. Not surprised since he already threw her under the bus for April.
Honestly they don’t even enforce the bond conditions unless you get an ankle monitor or other similar device to detect drugs/alcohol. As long as you don’t get in trouble again or get another charge related to drugs or alcohol, you’re good.
Swinging is often suggested by the husband but it’s the wife that enjoys it the most. As for the rest of this no one knows what was going through Nick’s or his wife’s head to justify the pill popping, coke snorting, wife swapping, or whatever else. I SUSPECT it was a combination of money, popularity, and internet clout all fueled by alcohol and the pills that Nick took for narcolepsy. We’ve seen celebrities and honestly family or friends go down this path.
@@justdea5757This is probably why Nick paid the bail for him and not for Kayla. Nick has always drank, and such his habit probably *is* at that stage where he will be in danger if he can't drink.
Friends don’t enable others’ vices. He doesn’t relish what’s going on with Nick whatsoever, that’s why he’s trying to be fair and look at it from a purely legal standpoint. If he were to encourage Nick to go on as he is, he’d be a much worse friend to Nick overall
lol nah, the majority are grifting off of this. Only a handful are wishing him well and refusing to monetize his issues. Law of self defense, if you're aware. Did a 10 minute stream addressing it. Probably the only genuine person in this slop of people
He said on his stream a couple days ago that he stopped going on Nick’s streams many months ago when Nick started to get more insane and started streaming more of the “alternative lifestyle” content instead of just legal stuff.

He was representing Vic to the public, and his fans. All of the streams he did, the merch campaigns for Beard, it was all going to bat for Vic. It wasn't legal representation, but it was PR work to convince everyone that Vic was going to be okay and win in the end.
@@marthfan but Nick every time said that Vic could lose the case that it's not a guarantee that he would win. I guess everyone just looks over that. It's whatever.
@@RubyKing1997 Nick talked about how great Ty was and pushed Vic to sue. Ty didn't do any accounting for the money. Nothing said was false. Do you think Barnes is telling him to hire him?
