Good session. Gonna give my opinion on one thing. At 22:50, he gives a point how the player controlled the ball incorrectly. In my opinion here, the player passing the ball was at fault. He played a bad pass to the incorrect foot - the player receiving the ball looked like he had no choice but to stretch and control the ball the way he did.
Emily i have not seen that part yet and i already agree with you i often tell my players to recognize where the pressure is coming from and play the strong side, my pass can let you know pressure is on your other shoulder in case you never checked. Also Emily a good thing to do here is a 4v2 and the 4 have to play a split pass through the 2 defenders and on the flip side i make 1 defender press the ball and the other recover the middle so they cannot be split it is a good exercise this way and not just keep away. The split passes are happening here but the emphasis on that type of defending is not mentioned
